Absolutely the best experience you can imagine. A lot of flavor and imagination with art looking dishes, warm interior with a lot of wood, perfect service, very nice, profesional but humanly people which knows what they're doing. It was so nice to hear explanation about the dishses from multiple people, everyone was doing it without any standardization so you could feel they're people but full with passion and knowledge.
Entering to the restaurant was so original and exciting, this was only beginning...

What an experience from the moment you walk into the space. Warmly greeted by the staff and we were served by Martina who gladly explained to us the five course menu selection. The presentation of the dishes as well as the wine pairing is perfect. I selected the blended pairing( 50/50) since it was the first time that a restaurant of this level offered its guests this option. I would tell you it’s a lot difficult to pair a meal with a juice selection and I will have to say it’s as good as a wine pairing. Awesome job!!!! The service is highly rated and can’t say enough of the service by Martina. If your visiting Copenhagen this is a must stop. Keep up the good work!!

No misses, just hits. Perfect flavours in every dish, delicious sauces, beautiful presentation without gimmicks and well chosen wines. Staff is young, relaxed and very professional. Passion for food, wines and great service shines through. Nice decor and unusual entry to the restaurant are added bonuses to the experience.

Fantastic dinner! It was an amazing experience. All the dishes were very delicious and filled with combinations I had never tried. Every dish contained local products. The waiters were very friendly and gave a very elaborate explenation of the dishes. Not only the food was amazing but the interior and location were great. At first we thought we had the wrong adress but the chef was already waiting doe us outside to welcome us in. Would 100% recommend to everyone!

We went here for my birthday celebration and I must say that everything was up to expectation. The food was amazing (we wrote in our reservation that we didn't eat chicken/poultry, but okay with the broth, but we're not vegetarian either) and they accommodated my request without problem.

Service was perfect throughout the evening and it was in relaxed setting, so no need to be nervous if this was your first Michelin restaurant (that's what I like about Copenhagen, about how everything is in relaxed setting, no fuss).

One of the best meal ever from a highly renounced one starred Michelin restaurant. The place only offered 5 courses tasting menu without giving out the menu until the end of the experience. The journey start when guests arrived at the restaurant as the chef would personally come down to invite them in. Every courses have a story and meaning behind them with most of them focusing on the umami flavour. Overall, the place is great with nice staff and superb tasting food that can hardly be experienced elsewhere. Would totally recommend, reservation is needed.

Definitely one of the best restaurants in Denmark. Sat at the chef’s table and had some of the best pork and bread I’ve eaten in all of Copenhagen. Fun chefs here too that will make sure you have a good time!

Alouette is a fantastic restaurant located in the heart of Copenhagen. The atmosphere is cozy, with a rustic yet modern decor that sets the perfect tone for a relaxing meal. The menu is diverse and features a variety of dishes that showcase the best of new Scandinavian cuisine. The wine list is phenomenal!

My partner and I were in Copenhagen for a week and wanted a fine dining experience that was delicious, worthwhile and wouldn’t be ridiculously priced. Alouette was perfect for all of this. From the moment you are trying to find the entrance to the restaurant (which is very unique for a fine dining establishment), the staff and service are amazing. All of the dishes were tasty, thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The service was so personalised and we had one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had.

Fine dining with a casual twist; we’ve been to a lot of the top restaurants and this one is our favourite.
It’s refined while still feeling relaxed, jovial and lighthearted while still intensely professional and knowledgeable.
The food is unique and of the same calibre as world-top-10 restaurants. The wine and juice pairings are on point and the decor (plus the story behind it) is stunning.

The food was absolutely fabulous. The finer details, like the perfect spaced score on the squid, the lightness chawamushi with contrasting crispy skin. The depth of the sauces, cuts with yuzu kosho. Great experience, nice food and very kind staff. Considering the price range it is a very decent choice if you would like to eat in a Michelin star restaurant in Copenhagen. Getting into the place is an additional adventure through an old factory building.

Alouette is INCREDIBLE! It is definitely one of my top three pics in Copenhagen.

If you are around in the city and enjoy fine dining, this is a must-go place for you.

The food is extremely well prepared with great ingredients and a tremendous focus on the product. The suggested wine pairing list matches really well the dishes.

Relaxed and wonderful restaurant in an ally in Copenhagen. Let the greeters take you up the rabbit hole and through a graffiti decorated hallway, and then through a beautifully crafted wooden door and into the wonderland where tasty experiences await you. The staff is relaxed and knowledgable knowing everything from the origins of the produce to the techniques behind the wine. I recommend the Alouette experience, and save some bubbles for the Hokkaido-caviar-creamy starter. The bubbles go very well with the creamy pumpkin and the umami caviar. Otherwise, lean back and let the competent staff take you away as you go from dish to dish and wish you could stay just a little bit longer in the beautifully decorated space.
