Pension Vestergade 44

My husband and I spent a few days in a double room here. We were treated so warmly, everything was clean, and our favorite part was the amazing breakfast, so good we went to sleep looking forward to it! It was very close to the registry (we got married here) and the port, very handy. It's on the cutest street, just walking out of the place will cheer you up. We're so grateful and definitely recommend.

This was my second time at Ærø and second time staying at Vestergade 44. I was delighted the place and happy with my choice for a second time.
Mette is a super host and the breakfast is delightful.

Mette was extraordinarily kind and put us at ease immediately. We were in fact on the island, my husband and I, to get married and booked the suite. The breakfast is homemade with local ingredients, organic quality and very good. Highly recommended!

Absolutely adorable place to stay on Aero Island in Ærøskøbing town. The host Susanna will make sure you will have the best experience while you on the island. We had reservations made for all the restaurants we had dinner at with the best seating available. The pension itself feels like a fairytale with amazing backyard and inside decor. With its rich history you will definitely feel like you are back in 18th century!

Beautifully decorated, clean, with a lot of positive energy. Location is great, breakfast is very tasty and Susanne is absolutely amazing hostess! To sum it up: it’s the perfect place to stay in Aero!

Fantastic little pension in beautiful Aeroskobin, Denmark. Great rooms and lounges timelessley furnished and a stunning garden to the rear with 200 year old trees where you can relax with tea or coffee at the end of the day. Host Susanna is wonderfully releaxed and warm-hearted. Highly recommended!

I have no other description about this place as a Dream. Susana , our Hostess ist honestly the Best ever I have meet. (My bussines is gastronomie) and friends, I know what I'm talking about when I said The Best. Atmosphere, deko, detaiils and the amazing attention from Susana ,all will make you feel like visiting the Best friend. Dont forget to be polite with Susana and of course the lovely local people.

Wir waren für 5 Tage auf Aero und haben uns bei Susanna unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist zwar sehr alt aber dieser ganz besondere Charme verzaubert einen förmlich. Die Zimmer sind alle wunderschön eingerichtet und mit dem Garten fühlt man sich fast wie in einem Märchen. Susanna nimmt sich für alle Gäste sehr viel Zeit und auch das Frühstück war jeden Tag abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe gerichtet. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Besuch bei Susanna und Tilly.
