Excellent experience! The item I purchased (Kramer knife) was exactly what I wanted and in perfect, new condition. I love it. Benjamin Korth/berondi processed my order quickly and was available for any questions. The only negative thing (for me) was the time of international shipping to the US, but that was expected. Definitely recommend purchasing from berondi.

I've ordered twice from berondi, a 7 piece bunch of cookware, and a hard-to-find pan. Both times, the customer service communications were very personal, friendly, and helpful.

The shipping was relatively fast (considering international to US), and everything was packed impeccably, not even a slight chance for damage anywhere on the long journey.

I'd definitely recommend berondi for anyone looking for a good price on the high-end cookware they supply.

I placed an order with Berondi because they carried some Demeyere products I could not get in the US. Benjamin provided excellent communication, especially when my order experienced delays. While the delays were not Berondi's fault, Benjamin followed up promptly with the carrier and kept me informed of the status. I would not hesitate to order from Berondi again in the future - both the product and customer service are superb.

I received my Staub Cocotte pot today, and I'm very happy with the quality and packaging of the product! It was an international shipment to Dubai during the pandemic, so it took longer than expected but Benjamin was friendly and prompt with his email replies. Very reliable, easy payment through Amazon and I would definitely recommend berondi to any cooking enthusiasts!

Written after a further follow-up order, for a couple of items I had unfortunately neglected to purchase some months back: A remarkable resource for serious cooks; heavily discounted pricing with almost unique attentive, detailed, prompt and responsive personal service. The combination of the two is simply unparalleled in my 50+ years of shopping for kitchen equipment (starting at DeHillerin in Paris and wending its way through Zabars' Mezzanine in NYC and of course including Williams Sonoma in its glory days as well as unique artisanal providers around the USA and Europe). None of these places,perhaps with the exception of Bridge Kitchen Supply in NY (now long gone) have managed to pull off what Benjamin does. The only down side for US buyers is the several week wait for your package to arrive ... but Berondi is there to answer any tracking or delivery questions as well. As to the quality of the things they sell, I have only purchased the DeMeyere pots and a range of the olive wood utensils. The pots are first quality, not factory seconds, but sell at prices comparable to clearance in the USA, and I am now devoted to the entire DeMeyere line based on buying an initial order of a couple of small pans. The olive wood is simply excellent quality at excellent prices; identical to items I have paid twice as much for in the USA. I cannot recommend Berondi more highly, and I only wish that all online vendors were half so good.

I'm very grateful for Berondi as they had new products that aren't available yet in the US (and for better prices too!). The transaction went very smoothly and Benjamin was extremely helpful in answering all of the questions I have. I also want to add that the products were packed better than anything else I have ever received and arrived to California very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Berondi next time I am in the market for something and I would encourage anyone (including shoppers in the US & Canada) to explore the great website and find some awesome pieces. We purchased a deMeyere pan while in Paris; the quality was such that I ordered a similar pan from Berondi. Berondi's service was excellent, the pan arrived in perfect condition. During the process, Berondi was quick with responses to questions. I appreciated their helpfulness - definitely will purchase other items from them.

Consistently best pricing for shipment to the USA (even including shipping in most cases), but that's actually secondary to the remarkable customer service and support provided by Benjamin seemingly 24/7. Buying from Berondi is more like staying at a familiar B&B with an attentive host than it is like internet commerce. It's true that all four of the vendors I've bought Demeyere pots, Zwilling knives, olivewood utensils, and Staub cast iron from have been responsive and eager to please even when doing so cost them extra ... but Berondi combines these qualities with rock bottom prices and a kind of twinkle to the transaction. I can't quite capture it exactly, but it is kind of addictive ... I set out to buy one or two pots and wound up finding a combination of price point and helpful responsiveness that made me decide to replace all of my non-stick with stainless Demeyere 7-ply. I've been cooking with the new pots for several months now and my only regret is that I didn't come across Berondi and Demeyere a couple of decades ago.

Bottom line is this: I typically don't write online reviews. But I feel strongly enough about this company that I'd write individual letters of reference if there were some way to do so. It's a strong counter-=example to my cynical belief that the Internet is killing hospitality and the human touch in retail. Could not feel more strongly about the quality of the products and the service provided b y the seller.
