Great assortment of asian products and snacks, shipping is very quick (within 5 days to the netherlands including the weekend!) Their prices are also very fair and quite cheap compared to most other webshops that sell asian products. Everything is well within the best by date. Second time ordering and i'm definitely ordering again.

Awesome and highly recommended! Ordered for the first time, and I'm super impressed. My order shipped within 24 hours and arrived within a few days. Packaging was fantastic and everything arrived in great condition. Shipping charges beyond reasonable, especially if you place a large order. I live in Italy, bought 9kg of products, and it was still only 14,90.

I have a hard time finding a lot of Japanese products where I live, so the selection offered is awesome for me. Great prices as well.

They have a wide variate of goods to ship and I've ordered a couple of times from them. Every time the ordered goods came within 2-3 days. The packages themselves are always neatly packaged, with order and care and I commend them on that because so far I haven't seen anybody else packing like them. I'll continue order from them as long as I live in Europe :)

I have ordered from nanuko once last year, and it went without problems, they reacted fast and shipped the order, I got the goods in less than 5 days.

Despite reading all the bad things some people say on here, I ordered once again last week. As usual, they have sent my package only one day after ordering it, and I got it in 5 days (due to dpd being a bit slow on this one).
This is a good company, that probably have had a bit of a down from this whole covid situation. I’ll definitely be shopping here any time soon again, since the prices are really competitive.

Update 2: my package arrived, well packed, no breakages. (I ordered 20 bottles of Soju)
Very happy. Would recommend and shop again. The delay was due to the courier DPD, who shut down their shipping to Ireland due to Brexit.

Update 1: Nanuko have responded, they have confirmed my shipping address is correct, but it seems that my package is in 'interim storage' with the courier DPD. They are waiting for a reason why

I ordered from Nanuko on the 24th (Christmas eve). I received an order ship confirmation on the 27th, which I think is very good considering it is holiday time.
I was also in touch over email with them about bulk orders. They were very quick to respond, which is another big plus.

Unfortunately, the delivery tracker they shared with me said that my order was delivered to an address in Germany on the 29th. (I put my delivery address to where I live, in Ireland)

They have not responded to my emails asking why my package has been delivered to a german address.
I am sorry I have to write this negative review. From reading other reviews it seems like they are genuine and have experienced difficulties due to the Covid pandemic. I hope that they reply to me soon so this can be resolved

Amazing service! I ordered some Korean food products yesterday, paid through PayPal (could be optimised by PayPal login on site, instead of having to manually transfer the money first, but wasn't too inconvenient) and got all the confirmations on the same day. The products arrived today! Would have ordered more things but they were out of stock. Still very satisfied with the experience! Thank you!

I had several glass bottle items all wrapped up very safe in a separate box within the main box. I will certainly be shopping here again.

I found the store while trying to find a replacement for my previous Japanese food provider (in the UK, so since Brexit I can no longer order from them). Nanuko has the same great range of Japanese products - understandibly some stocks are out due to Corona, but generally everything can be found of the essentials. The order arrived in 4 days to Hungary (fortunately DPD in Budapest is very reliable), and everything was in perfect condition, well packed and nothing was missing.

If I would remove 0.25 stars is becuase of the webshop payment site, as secure mobile/app authorisation is somehow disabled, which caused my debit card to be denied, and I had to pay via bank transfer (it ended up being cheaper due to exchange rates being better with my bank, but it was still a minor inconvenience). It also caused the order to be processed a day longer, as the payment needed to be verified via bank instead of being verified via PayPal immediately. Since PayPal payments can normally use this authorisation method, this should be available for Nanuko webstore.

Otherwise, everything else was perfect, and I wish good health to the whole team! I will definitely order again in the future.

I had had a problem with communication with Nanuko for a while but finally I got responses and they kindly explain what kind of problems they have. They didn't mean delay and no response because they are suffered from a lack of work force because of this Corona situation. I am so sorry about that. I read many nice comments on this business before. I hope the situation will get better. Thanks for your response and gave me enough information! Now I totally understand and I was able to wait for my order. Let's stick together and try to understand each other. I believe you won't loose you customers.

I had ordered over 100euro products 25th April but I haven’t received any email about delievery and delay. I sent an email several times and called to you for few days. But no response. I am able to understand if you tell me there is a problem on delievery but without notification I can think it is a fake online shop. There was no notice about delievery to Austria so I ordered. What happened to your shop? You your phone number has just automatic message? Please just contact me and answer my email. Or if your shop is in trouble really in this Corona situation yoy should stop your online system and put notice.

Great service and value. I could no longer find my usual brand of hojicha locally, and the alternative was more expensive. Thanks to you I can enjoy my favourite morning tea again!
