I visited Vodafone shop in Rohrbacher Strasse 6-8 today where I met Ms Tina Blauth. I am not exaggerating but it’s true that she solved all my vodafone related problems of past 6 months. We came here in Germany during January,2021. I bought my vodafone connection with a friend’s help. But recharging my phone every month was such a pain as I was not able to do it online. I tried buying prepaid card from Rewe but it is of no use as when I dialed the number , it was all in german. I struggled every month for recharging my mobile. I bought another vodafone SIM card from Amazon but had hard time in identification process. At last, I threw it when I failed to activate it after spending hours on vodafone website and calling customer service too. We have a vodafone WiFi at home and there was problem in it too. I had spent umpteen number of hours on vodafone website to solve my issues with no success.

But when I met Tina Blauth and started sharing my problems one after another. She listened to my problems patiently and solved all of them with so much ease. I really appreciate her for being so helpful. She has a pleasing personality which adds another feather in her cap. You have really helped in making our lives better in Germany. Thank you so much for all help.
