Luxor Cinema Heidelberg

Very big and clean , I went too see a movie with family . The staff are nice and some of them speak both English and German which is very good as my German is quite bad. The screening rooms are very nice and big and the chairs are comfortable and spacious , in my opinion.

Nice experience. It would have been much better if the parking was free 😅.
Had watched a movie for 3.3hrs and ended up paying 8EUR.

Awesome cinema. Nicely decorated too. I recommend to go on a Tuesday as it's the cheapest.

very nice movie theater; up to date and modern. one of the employees spoke english so it was easy ordering tickets and snacks (all done behind the same counter). another plus, the theater rooms are color coordinated which helped eliminate any confusion.

with the construction site being in front of the building, it was a little challenging to find direct access. however, there’s a parking garage across the street and street parking is available.

Great seats!! Nice sound. The whole area in the theater itself is super with all items from great movies. You should really experience it. Will definitely go again!

There are only 5 stars in total, and they should win more. My friend had a bike accident on her way to watch the Barbie movie, and the staff at the cinema helped warmly and professionally to treat her briefly when she arrived. We enjoyed the movie and the day thanks to their support. Thank you all very well, and especially the young miss at the front desk and the gentleman who fixed the bandage and further supported us. ✨This is a beautiful cinema and great people work there.

By far the best theater I’ve been to in Germany! Everything from the cool parking lot with all the different movies as sections to the life size statues in the lobby, this place has it all...did I mention the amazing aquarium in the middle that features a small shark!? Yea...if you haven’t been here, I highly recommend it...the only theater that’s better than this is iPic theaters...and that’s saying a lot👍

The staff was very friendly. They speak German and English (although not so well). The lobby is gigantic, and in the lobby there is a Delorean car and an Aquarium. They were so nice that when my friend dropped his popcorn they gave us another one, FOR FREE. Now that's service! They don't deserve this bad rating but, people tend to leave a review only when they have had a bad experience but they don't leave a review if they feel comfortable. Honestly though, it's quite hard to get there because there is a dumb big construction site right in front of it. I think that this is the best place to go with anyone, be it your family, friends or even class. Will come again.

Clean and well-maintained, friendly staff that are willing to help and lots of great memorabilia that adds to the wonderful cinematic experience, with IMAX sound!

Easy reservation system. Big structure. Decorated with superhero character cutouts and 3D models. Seats were comfortable. 3D movie with surround sound was amazing.

Best place to see a movie like Spider-Man - no way home.

First of all, the employees were great from the moment my friends and I walked in. The guy that sold us the tickets saw us struggling when trying to speak german and immediately started talking with us in english and explaining everything in a nice way. Also, the menu had several options to choose from. The sound quality was very nice as well. Another thing I think is important to add is that every employee was wearing a FPP2 mask. I will definitely go back.

Very nice modern cinema. Good seating, glorious images and good surround sound. Haven't tried the food in the adjoining restaurant yet but in the cinema itself there is the typical popcorn, nachos, (Welde no. 1) beer, and Cola.

Great staff, beautiful interior design. Best audio quality. Prices are a little bit higher since its in the middle of the city. Food wise they have literally everything. Would always recommend.

Quite good for watching movies in Original version (English, with no German dub). There is movie night on Tuesdays so you can go on with a discount. We went to Red hall which was rather spacious and a good screen.
