I recently visited Thalia Bookstore in Heidelberg and was thoroughly impressed! Walking in, I was immediately struck by the vast selection of books on offer - both in English and German. The store was clean and tidy, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my shopping experience all the more pleasant. They were happy to recommend books based on my reading preferences, and even showed me some books that I might not have picked up otherwise.

In addition to books, Thalia also had a great range of other products on sale - from stationary and games to tech accessories and DVDs. It truly felt like a one-stop-shop for all my entertainment needs!

Excellent bookshop. If they don't have a book in stock, and it's published in Euorpe (any language), then they'll get it for you in usually 2-5 days. Also keep a good selection of foreign language books in stock all the time (particularly English, but plenty of others too). Friendly & knowledgeable staff.

I simply love it. A beautiful store with a lot of kinds of books. Has a good section with the classics and the attendance it's great! Hopefully I'll be back there soon.

Lovely book shop with a great variety of german literature. The assistant was very friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed. They have lovely souvenirs as well. I totally recommend it if you are walking around this commercial Street.

My favorite library in Heidelberg. I could spend hours just looking through the bookshelves.
The space is very well organized, with sections reserved for each category. Personnel is polite and always eager to help you with recommendations. They also write small reviews for books they've read from the bookstore and leave them out in the open for you to see.

Nice bookstore located in Heidelberg's main shopping street. The collection is ranging widely from children books to the latest popular science and literature. There is a nice section of English books, featuring a varied and always updated books. The place is nicely decorated, and the books are thoughtfully categorized, making the shopping experience fun and breeze.

Good customer service, especially in the lower level. It's a warm and nicely atmosperic space. It has a good selection of travel books, especially books in English.
