Zwar nur Online bestellt, aber der Artikel hat zu 100% der Beschreibung entsprochen. Der Preis ist für einen Händler auch sehr gut und die Bearbeitung ging auch sehr schnell! Sollte ich nochmal etwas brauchen und es dort verfügbar sein werde ich definitiv wieder dort kaufen.

Sehr kompetenter Händler, kann ich nur empfehlen. Kaufe dort häufiger ein und wurde noch nie enttäuscht.

Meine Erfahrung war leider gar nicht gut. Habe wiederholt den Laden angeschrieben und sogar mit Mitarbeitern wg. einem Objektiv telefoniert. Man wollte sich zurückmelden, was man nicht getan hat. Dann hat man mein schriftliches Nachfragen ignoriert. Zu guter Letzt nach dem 4 Anfragen ist das Objektiv zwar als verfügbar gelistet aber n.Angaben des Geschäftes inzwischen nicht mehr verfügbar. Geht so Kundenservice ? Das mag jeder für sich selber entscheiden.... In diesem Fall hat der Fachhandel gegenüber dem Onlinegeschäft wie. z.B. A....n zu Recht verloren!

Verweigert die Umsetzung der Gewährleistung nachdem ein Objektiv zugesendet wurde mit über einem Dutzend Kratzern auf der Frontlinse.
