It's really a wonderful shop to buy the cuckoo clocks. The craftsmanship is literally amazing with plenty of clocks available. The employees were very polite and respectful. They were explaining everything in detailed manner. We can feel the heritage effect in the shop. It's a must visit place after waterfall visit.

Brilliant service, huge collection !! An amazing place to spend some time and learn about the production of genuine and unique clocks. We had a wonderful time here and bought a lovely little hand made authentic clock for Home to remind us of this cute little town and of course the powerful Black Forest. Get ready for an education when you walk in!!

I really loved this place. I like watches and cuckoo watches are a kind of engineering which makes you think about the old way of doing engineering.

Very friendly people who helped explain how everything worked, taxes, shipping, costs, and worked with us to find what we wanted and get it to us. Very happy and looking forward to having my clock and weather house at home with me!

Great souvenir shop ! It has the most amazing cuckoo wooden watches, Kirsch Wasser and black forest gin were famous. I'd highly recommend everyone to visit the shop and pick your souvenir.

One of the best places to see a lot of Cuckoo clocks. It is meant primarily for tourists but they do have a wide range of Cuckoo clocks. They also have service centers in many parts of the world. Everything from cheap quartz clocks to handmade high quality clocks to specialty clocks...

This shop has SO MANY cuckoo clocks to choose from in you're in the market for cuckoo clocks. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They patiently explain everything about the clocks and how they are made and which one is the best option for YOU. The prices maybe a bit higher than at Cuckoo clock museums, but they the museum doesn't have this much variety like this shop does.
Lots of souvenirs as well. The outside is so well decorated, our kids spent 20 minutes watching the teddy bears going up and down listening to music. So entertaining. Super cute. Adds a charm to Triberg.
