Normally service here is a mixed bag, but one shining example of thinking outside the box and going an extra mile for a 2nd January early morning frustrated customer is Mr. Schmidt from the service bar. He absolutely saved my day (and my Samsung tablet) and was friendly and professional the entire time, which is not something to take for granted.
Basically if the company makes a list of contenders for the yearly incentive bonus, I feel like he should be on it already, why wait.

The last place for hands on experience of electronic goods. Don't know how they survive but without mediamarkt, malls would be only food and fashion full of zombies in the evening and weekend aimlessly wondering around. It has to stop.

The staff is friendly and there is a lot of variety starting from just everyday electronics equipment like electric kettles and vacuum cleaners all the way to gaming laptops/computers and tvs.
