Romantik Hotel Hirschen

One of the best hotels I've ever been to! Exceptional service (everyone speaks English), beautiful and cozy facilities, attention to detail, tons of amenities, the breakfast spread is out of this world - as is their other food, at the heart of the city for leisurely strolls up to the castle, and if you need anything you're right next to the REWE! I haven't gotten a chance to use their spa services, but other colleagues rave about how nice they are. The suites are huge, well appointed, and reasonably priced. Parking can get a little tricky during peak times, but otherwise I look forward to each opportunity I get to visit!

We are in love with this hotel and the place itself! As we travel a lot from England to our home country, Romania, this is by far our favourite pitstop. Everything about the hotel is great, we travel a lot during busy periods (Summer and Winter breaks) and they are very accommodating and welcoming, waited for us to arrive even at late hours, everyone is fluent in English both Front desk staff and restaurant staff! The breakfast is absolutely amazing, catering for all dietary needs, beautiful selection of teas, cheese, ham, all products are local and fresh! Parsberg it’s a quiet town, every place you walk into (bakery, pharmacy, DM, etc) you feel welcome and the staff is very helpful! We leave with a gift every single time we visit, which is such a thoughtful gesture.

I had the most wonderful stay at Romantik Hotel Hirschen! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The spa facilities were absolutely delightful, offering a serene and rejuvenating experience that left me feeling relaxed and pampered.

The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed and exuded a cozy yet luxurious ambiance. It truly felt like a home away from home.

A special mention goes to Marcela, who served us during breakfast. Her warm and friendly demeanor brightened up our mornings, and her attentiveness to our needs made us feel truly cared for. Her service added an extra layer of charm to our stay.

I can’t thank the staff at Romantik Hotel Hirschen enough for making my stay so memorable. Every aspect, from the spa to the room to the exceptional service, exceeded my expectations. This hotel is a true gem and I can’t wait to return for another amazing experience.

We ate here for dinner one night with our kids. We got both types of schnitzel (veal & pork) and Frankfurt for the kids. Everyone loved it. Very well cooked and the atmosphere was lovely. Service was so kind and welcoming. My toddler was wild but everyone was helpful. We did the beer tasting menu and it was amazing! Highly recommend!

Best Hotel I have ever stayed at. So many amenities and staff is absolutely exceptional. I enjoyed the snack bar with healthy options like fruits and nuts. And a huge selection of teas. The restaurants are fantastic as well

Our room was spacious and clean.
There was plenty of parking. We enjoyed the free warm drinks in the lobby and water in the room and throughout the hotel. The spa was ok but we didn’t like that it was textil.
Breakfast was top notch.

It was a delicious meal. We tried the Sunday special, it was quite exquisite. The deserts also and they were very accommodating with our daughter.

Beautiful hotel, all the staff spoke English, and English menus at the restaurant. The Spa area was very interesting and a fun experience.

A lovely hotel nestled in a small town. It has some nice spa amenities, albeit not as fancy as what you would find in Wiesbaden or Hamburg, it is every bit as competitive with it's 5 star dining, fantastic breakfasts and amazing service. A 10 minute walk from the train station and conveniently surrounded by local shops, anyone off put by the price tag can find bargains in free parking and ability to travel and save from this location. One of the best restaurants in the region is in this hotel with a fetish for all things deer related.

Very nice hotel. All the staff is extremely friendly, breakfast hours are very long, and the rooms are very nice and we'll kept. The elevator, though small, is appreciated! The location is great, bakery and butcher/coffee shop right next door, Rewe right behind. At least a couple of restaurants besides the hotel within walking distance. Oh, and parking is very plentiful!

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff is superb. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and at ease. The food is phenomenal and the location is perfect. The hotel is within walking distance of a grocery store, convenience store and many restaurants and bars. The wellness aspect is also a huge plus. There is an indoor pool, several saunas and multiple workout rooms. I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough. We are very thankful for the hospitality!

Love the hotel and staff. I think I have stayed there about 12 times when I go there on business. So much nicer than many hotels and good value for the money with what you get. Great food and drink. I'm hoping to stay again this summer and see all the new building and upgrades.

A real surprise the restaurant of this hotel. A true German style and a superb meal. We stopped casually, but we found this place excellent and we will return there to spend an entire weekend, which promise to be very relaxing thanks to the hotel charm, the restaurant and the Spa

The hospitality is amazing, the pool is as good as you'll find, the food is very good and the location is really unique. This is not a mega city but there are some really amazing things here and the hotel puts many of those things at your finger tips with top quality amenities. The hotel is right in the city center, with local bakeries, restaurants and historical sites with in walking distance.

Breakfast was great! Nice long hours too. Rooms were comfy and clean, staff was super friendly, and easy parking. Very nice, thank you!

The hotel is beautifully decorated, but the real prize is the excellent restaurant inside! Wirtsstuben was absolutely lovely! They have a thoughtful and fresh menu with plenty of seasonal options, perfectly executed. They have pris fixe menu as well. I will be back, probably tomorrow!!

We used to eat at the Restaurant all the time, especially when my Parents from out of state where coming to visit us while stationed in Hohenfels from 1990-1992, the staff was very friendly and pro military and pro america and treated us very well.... Looking forward to my stay after such a long time.

Once upon a time, about 14 years ago, a group of "tipsy" US Soldiers stumbled up the hill (There is a hill) from the train station, in an evening snowstorm, to this hotel. We had been having fun in Nuremberg. I say a snowstorm, because I think at least an inch of snow gathered on my head during the walk up the dark hill. We were polite, we bought beer and coffee. There were many locals enjoying a dinner at the hotel restaurant. The staff treated us like respected hotel guests, while we warmed up and waited for our cab ride.....

Awesome location for a romantic Valentine's dinner with my wife. The wine and food were delicious. The piano player set the mood for a very sweet romantic dinner.
