Thoroughly recommend it to anyone just follow the instructions for a seamless installation. When I had to replace my hard drive recently and re-install Office they sent me a new activation key within a few hours. Would highly recommend.

They deserve more than 5 stars, I had a problem with the operation of the Office, it was blocked for reasons beyond the seller's control, rather my mistake, but they helped me to solve the problem step by step through the Windows system and it was successfully resolved, it is not just selling a product but their services are, in addition to the professionalism they have, they understand you 24 hours a day, in my case it was at one o'clock at night.

Bought a 3-license package for Office Pro 2021. Loaded great on a wired machine but severely glitched while loading it on my wireless laptop. Got a hold of support and scheduled a remote assist and 15 minutes later all worked fine. Awesome support! Much appreciated.

Great customer support! I had an issue with my activation code after about 6 months of purchase of MS Office. Sent them a message and we really not expecting to hear back but within a couple a minutes I got a response with a new activation code the fixed the problem. Will certainly purchase from them again!

I was skeptical before buying. I installed a product and it worked well for about a month, but then a problem occurred. I wrote to the support team, and they were super quick to respond and offer help. I ended up using a remote connect tool with them (very simple) and they fixed the problem. I have to parrot much of what has already said by several people. The product was easy to download and install; then it worked perfectly. However after awhile I did experience a problem in the product, it seemed Microsoft was confounding the works. I contacted Customer Services and within less than 24 hours they sent me instructions to follow and was sent a new product key and it has resolved the problem. I had an expired key on my computer that I couldn't get off, so it was stopping me from accessing my new purchase to download. Any way they could help, they did. I gave them temporary access and permission to my computer, they quickly went in and out found the problem and fixed what they needed to do without going all over computer. With that I trust them as well. That's something I never did with anyone else

Really good price for Office 2021 Professional Plus Premium - 3 licences included. Easy to download and install and worked perfectly. Customer service for this supplier is outstanding, knowledgeable, and effective. I had problems installing that were due to earlier version Office file residue on my computer. With a couple of communications, the staff provided me the solution, showing considerable patience with my frustration. The installation went well once I applied their solution. I am happy with the software I purchased and highly respect the customer service I received from this company!
