Bistro Cockpit

The Bistro Cockpit in Brieidscheid is a very popular little diner which although has a lovely inside dining area, everyone tends to sit outside to soak up the Nurburgring vibes and atmosphere, as the Nordschleife is literally 100 metres away.

The parking lot has improved in the past couple of years and is now fully tarmac.

The owners have changed for 2023 but everything remains the same, and it's still the same enjoyable place to eat and drink.

The food is of a very good standard wether it's breakfast or lunch, their Burgers are huge! And their Strammax is also a firm breakfast favourite.

A must visit for breakfast or lunch every Nurburgring trip!

They speak German and English, and they have the menu in large in both languages.

Loved this place. One you've enjoyed your bratwurst, or an ice cream, don't miss the chance to watch regular folks take out their own cars for a speedy spin around a real race track!

Great spot with good food.

Great little café. We came here for lunch during a trip to the Nurburgring. Outside seating under umbrellas and no table service. You just queue up, place your order and they give you an order number. When your food is ready they call your number. I had a bratwurst with fries and a cheesecake to follow. Just a short walk from a good track viewing area.

Good food after some laps at nurbugring

Somewhere to definitely people watch. The female member of staff who served us had a good sense of humour and was polite. We only had beer and icecream so cannot comment on the food but the service was quick. We went twice in two days.

If you go to t he Nurburgring and don't eat here you e missed a good part of the atmosphere. The carpark is always full of exotic cars and bikes and I love the Currywurst here.

Good place in Adenau for a coffee or a bite. It’s pretty close to a viewpoint of the Nürburgring which is convenient. I would recommend this place.

Great experience being so close to the Nurburgring. Food is good, they speak English and friendly. It's my go to place to eat every time I am on the ring.

Great setting to have a snack chilling between a lap or 2, or just watching the track. Only a short walk from the track for viewing, Great food, nice place 👌

Love this place. Visit every time I pass through Adenau. Great location for fast food and right across the road from Adenau Bridge viewing area of the 'ring.

The food is very good value and the staff, although they speak fluent English, were very patient with my poor attempt at ordering in German.

Good fast food restaurant. Low prices. Yes, the dishes are made from frozen ingredients but the meal is very good. Fast service. Nice people. Great place. Would do it again.

I had the BBQ burger very tasty, with the cars going by its a petrol heads paradise

The hamburger was very nice. We are coming here for years. Parking can be busy, especially when bikers steal car parkings.
