Very Historic Brewery !! This location had a Brewery in the year 1540 . Then a wine merchant ,back to a brewery ! The Onion soup was fantastic ,the Bierbraten was very tender . The Beer Excellent ,Pilsner light and clean taste . Dunkel was a more dark beer with a very smooth flavor and aroma . The water in this town is said to be some of the Best in all of Germany ! Need Great Water to make Great 🍺

The food was top tier, best piece of meat I’ve had in quite a long time. I also ordered the goulash, which was great too. The beer, of course, doesn’t disappoint, as it’s the place’s main attraction. I came here because of the Google reviews, so I started looking for the place in Lüneburg and, when I found it, it inmediately gave some old rustic german vibes, so you could also say that the ambience was really good, as well as the hygiene mesures of the place.

To sum up, service, ambience and location are great, as well as the homemade beer. But the thing that really impressed me was the meat, that has caused me to wish to come back there, no doubts.

Great home made beer and a big menu to choose from. Ordered the Cesar salad, the Currywurst as well as the Schnitzel. Cesar salad wasn’t that great and it had bacon in it, the Schnitzel and the Currywurst were amazing. Service was good and the place is nice so overall it’s a clear recommendation.

This place offers traditional German cuisine and a range of home-brewed beers. The food was lovely and you could go down to their beer cellar for a short walk on to see how beer was made.

I always stop here for excellent German cooking and a local beer. No fuss German cuisine fresh and served quickly. Love this spot

This place is a good choice once in this cosy town, they offer literary freshly brewed beer and great german food, the prices are responsible as well.

It was the only place where I could eat after 22:00, which was a God's send since I arrived prettly late in the town after a long journey. I had an amazing American burger. The staff was very friendly and fast. I sincerely recommend it.

Lovely garden to sit and enjoy a few drinks. Half litre of pilsner and two glasses of white wine spritzer €14:40.

Very good rahmschnitzel with champignon sauce, great orange juice (even if a bit on the small size). Friendly staff and good atmosphere.

I didn't eat here but came to taste their homemade beer. I liked the beer very much and the place is cozy. You can see the brewers kettles and even the brewmaster working with the beer. Very nice.

Nice food and drinks and friendly staff. We were there at noon when they have a special menu for lunch. Remarkable is also the cosy atmosphere inside. One of the go-to locations for food and drinks in Lüneburg.

They made their own beer. The place and the food were so good. Typical german restaurant. Recommended dish:
Gebratenes Lachsfilet / Grilled Salmon dressed with a nice sauce and algae with asiatic taste. It's a must!

Service and food is excellent, which is why we visited the second time in 4 days.

I love the meals and customer service there for a cheap price in comparison to other restaurants. Even the home-made beer is something special.
