Amazing food and very good beer! We ordered an “eisben” and was delicious! The place transform in a party after 10 pm with DJ! You should book a table in advance, otherwise they still have a smoke area with tables that can help people like us that arrived without booking!

an authentic oasis on our trip. friendly service, excellent beer, dark and light. Very tasty and plentiful traditional food, with very affordable prices but without compromising on quality.

Great home cooked traditional local food, fantastic home brewed beer, attentive and fun staff, very fair prices. Constructed cleverly to house an enclosed 'outside terrace' full of wooden beams and olde-worlde charm.
Make this one of your 1st stops, because you will return night after night!!

This restaurant you have to visit during your stay in Freudenstadt. Don’t visit it the first day as else all other restaurants will disappoint you…

Amazing place! I love old ambient, the beer taste is also amazing, and the homemade Brazzel is super delicious. I saw there are also parties on weekends here.

Cosy interior with lovely enclosed and partially covered outdoor terrace. The staff are fantastic, super friendly, helpful and patient. And efficient. We were there on a Sunday evening with a group of 9 people and ordered a variety of dishes. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food and we all said we would definitely go there again if we were in the neighbourhood.

Very good German restaurant. Reasonably priced. Sitting area gets converted to a dance floor on weekends and is jam packed despite an entrance fee. It's difficult to get a drink on weekend nights even though there are three bar counters. There is also a small outdoor area open during warmer months. Try their house beer made in the copper stills on display.
