Bought excellent IEMs with a huge discount, that was not available anywhere else at that price. Shortly after, had an issue with my new IEMs, and thanks to headphone.shop, got a replacement in a short time and free of charge. I didn't have to do anything, the shop took care of everything. I have been buying from Thomas for several years and he has always been the best trader I’ve ever used. From my first order (Campfire Audio Vega) to my latest purchase (A&K SP3000 and Trifecta) he has perfectly judged his recommendations for my use. Despite the generous offer to test the headphones of choice at home, I took a 450 km one-way hit to encounter the beasts in their natural habitat, with the best audition conditions available. After all, I didn’t want to be limited by the equipment at home, but was eager to find out what is achievable, and then arrange my follow-up purchases accordingly. An experience I strongly recommend for everyone ever having the chance to arrange for.

After agreeing on the appointment date and arriving at the shop, I was greeted by the friendly and well-prepared Mr. Halbgewachs, having laid out an assortment of headphones I could be interested in, along with a line-up of exquisite headphone amps, of which the Copland 215 was my personal favourite. Needless to say, that also a choice of cables was offered. But then, the one recommended by Mr. Halbgewachs was right on the target from the word go.

Overall, I had a great time, with some emotional moments when I heard the headphones of which I immediately knew, that they would be the ones for me. Thanks for enabling me to have that experience.

I also ordered a set of custom-made ear tips and still remember how Mr. Halbgewachs said, that they would greatly improve the sound quality of my IEMs. How right he has been. For the first time the IEMs sounded like I always wanted them to sound. I guess, the standard earbuds only deliver 30% of what the custom-made ear tips can get out of the IEMs. If you have IEMs, you should try out the custom-made ear tips, you’ll love it.

As for customer satisfaction, a big smile and a bucket full of stars. Many thanks also to Ms. Rühle, for a fantastic pre and after sales service.

There are several Hi-Fi shops on the market nowadays but only a few are doing more than strictly necessary if the situation demands it. Thomas was able to import me a headphone which was not normally available in the color scheme I wanted in Europe, and this was done extremely fast and at a special price. Communication and assistance were excellent, I strongly recommend them, they shortly became my number one choice in Europe.

Thomas was a very a professional and passionate audiophile, he took over two hours to help me sample DACs and headphones until I picked exactly what I wanted. He also accepted a VAT form, so this place is perfect for NATO service members. The interior of this shop is quite original and a pleasure to experience.

I've been pleasantly surprised by Thomas' casual yet serious manner of conducting business. Communicating with him via e-mail has been a pleasure as he has constantly been swift and respectful in his responses. Sehr guter Händler! mir wurde sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade auf einen neueren Astell & Kern - Player angeboten. Da kauft man gerne ein, zumal die Lieferung sehr rasch erfolgte.

Die Kauferfahrung im Headphone.shop ist wahrlich nicht zu übertreffen. Herr Halbgewachs hat mich wirklich top beraten. Der SR35, den ich gekauft habe, ist einfach unglaublich. Auch die Abwicklung (Kauf, Sendung, und Kommunikation) waren nicht zu überbieten. Sehr empfohlen - mein nächster Kauf wird definitiv hier statt finden.

Den Kopfhörer (Meze 109 Pro Performance – Black Walnut LE mit Kabel Upgrade) den ich dann erworben habe, ist für mich genau der Richtige und ich bin hoch zufrieden mit der tel. Beratung.
