I can only concur with the other comments, probably the best branch in Dusseldorf, I never had any problem here. maximum wait time i experienced was 10 mins, but usually its not long at all. Other DHL branches should take this one as an example.

Unglaublich so schlecht zu bewerten ich war Anwesend als sie mit ihrer "Schadensmeldung" kamen... Die Mitarbeiterin war höflich und hat alles versucht um ihnen zu helfen.
Sie haben einfach nicht verstanden worum es ging.

Sehr zufrieden mit ihrer Mitarbeiterin Sarah.
Ich hatte ein Problem mit meiner Frankierung meines Parket. sie hat schnell eine Lösung gefunden, und war freundlich dabei auch wenn es für sie leider etwas stressig war, hat sie immer noch gelächelt.

So klein der Laden auch sein mag, das Personal ist so freundlich und bemüht. Zu jeder Weihnachtszeit bin ich beeindruckt wie schnell und nervenstark das Team das bewältigt. Auch die Atmosphäre ist angenehm.
