B&B HOTEL Trier

Our stay was extremely satisfied. Special mention to Mr. Kelly (assistant manager) who helped us during our stay. There was a small issue we faced in the room and he immediately changed the room for us without any discussions. It was a very pleasant stay and value for the money.

People working at the hotel were all very nice, from booking to checkoutand you can easily walk to the center of the town. I'd love to but I do not have anything bad to say :)

The hotel was situated relatively close to the train station. The crew was friendly. The room was tidy and comfortable. The breakfast was superb.
The overall service you get for the lowest price in town is spectacular. I would definitely have B&B in mind when I travel to other cities.

Wonderful service. We had car trouble with a rental car and the manager of the Trier branch, Helmut, was so so helpful. He let us use the phone and talked to the enterprise people for us because we do not speak very good German.
I would highly recommend staying here, the staff is friendly and helpful and they speak great English.
The beds are also very comfortable, which I find to be very rare when traveling.

Very clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. You do have to pay extra for breakfast but it was worth it.

Due to train delays I was 2 hours later than expected arriving in Trier, so I emailed the property as I knew reception would be closed.
Kelly responded immediately and did the necessary to check me in and give me access codes for my room and I cannot praise her enough for her efficiency.
Room was small but perfectly adequate for my needs.

Nice cheap hotel for a short stay in Trier. It also offers a big free parking at the back. It is behind the central station, no direct access, you must go around through the nearest bridge, 15 minute walk from the town centre.

My family and I stayed at the B&B hotel in Trier, Germany. The staff was extremely helpful. Ramona and Kelly were so helpful. They helped me situate myself with office space, because I work remotely. There was free WiFi. I was able to vacation with my family and still work.

The facility was very clean and comfortable and perfectly close to the city center.

I highly recommend this B&B Hotel and we will be back.

Its a good hotel for short stay
Rooms are clean and helpers clean it everyday when you are away
It was good to see fresh towels they place in bathroom everyday
Location is also good and peaceful
Breakfast is ok ok not that great and not much varieties its just different type of hard bread which is difficult to chew

6 Euro for parking, enough parking place behind house

We could not get to hotel over the phone on Sunday, they have long lunch break and in the evening put unavailable music one hour earlier. We was worried that we turn up very late when there will be no one to register us, but luckily they got PC on front door where you can register yourself having previous booking and can pay. We have to provide all details and one page was strange it was not obvious that you can scroll there to accept COVID-19 rules but eventually we get in fine.

relatively further away from the center because you have to pass the railway on the way which makes the trip longer,but we are used to walk,so it was not a problem for us;however public transport is available of course

Comfortable and clean rooms, good breakfast, reasonable price. Hotel has aircon which was very appreciated in the summer record heat! Bit of a walk from the town centre and train station (longer than it looks on the map) but quiet location.

Good location, and nice and quiet. Rooms are a good size and the shower is great, for the price there's nothing to fault here.

Modern, clean, comfortable, basic room, exactly how I like it! Shower is amazing, high range in water pressure. Adequate service.
