My initial experience with the clinic's staff was challenging, but it's important to note that this seemed to be the norm for typical German staff, and I understood that this might be the case in Germany. However, things took a positive turn when I was referred to the dermatology department for an appointment after my dog's surgery.

Dr. Teresa Böhm was assigned to my dog, and her care was truly exceptional. She was a game-changer. Dr. Böhm was thorough, asking numerous questions and conducting a comprehensive examination. Her approachability made it easy to discuss my concerns, and her dedication turned my overall experience around.

Dr. Böhm's responsiveness stood out as she promptly addressed my email inquiries within 24 hours, offering valuable advice and scheduling appointments efficiently. Her excellent English language skills made communication a breeze for me as an expat.

The clinic itself is conveniently located with ample parking. The staff becomes friendlier as you get to know them, which adds to the positive experience. Moreover, they are accommodating when it comes to keeping and using US VAT forms for future transactions.

In conclusion, while my initial interactions with the staff were challenging, Dr. Teresa Böhm's exceptional care and professionalism made a significant impact on my experience at this clinic. It's a great place to bring your dog, with plentiful parking and a staff that becomes more welcoming as they get to know you. I highly recommend it, especially if you have Dr. Böhm as your veterinarian.

I escorted my dear friend and their two fur babies. This is the cleanest and friendliest place. The wait was not long for her scheduled appointments. The waiting area is very clean and spacious. Underground parking is a plus.

This Tierklinik has taken great care of our dog! For any specialist care, we will always turn to them. Our dog had TPLO surgery at this clinic 7 weeks ago to repair a torn CCL, and today when we went for our check-up X-Rays, the staff was just as friendly and courteous as always. I appreciate they always take time to answer my questions. Thanks for providing great animal care!

Great doctors. The front desk can be stressful at times because of the high traffic (due to the great doctors). Lousy phone signal, really really bad. They have WiFi but the code isn’t just hung on the wall (like it could be). Has its own parking garage (better for smaller cars)

If your pet has got a serious issue this is the place.

I've been here for an emergency followed by a surgery. Even though the waiting time was over an hour (sometime around midnight) everything else was top notch: the place, the nurses, the doctors.
Given the situation I think my cat would also give it 5 stars.

We stopped here for a worming treatment for our dog to travel back to the UK. They were very nice and efficient. The practice is very clean, big and extremely organised.

We took our cat in as an emergency. Though our little guy received treatment for 2 days, they were unable to save him, at no fault of their own. The care and compassion they showed while treating him and while we said our goodbyes meant everything to us. They allowed our son all the time alone with his little buddy that he needed without making us feel pressured.

I will never forget that they called us to let us know he was taking a turn for the worst. It gave us a chance to see him before he finally crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Thank you to everyone who assisted in trying to save him.

Very professional, very helpful, very friendly and exceedingly good at explaining everything especially to laypeople like us.

They take great care of our dog and open on weekends for emergencies. Rather pricey though
