HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE THANKS TO Oguzhan C. ( Rental Sales Agent) , HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET ME INTO THE PERFECT VEHICLE FOR MY FIRST TIME VISITING THE Stuttgart Airport. Visited second time and Oguzhan C. Made sure I get the best car possible.

Second time there. Nice staff. Cars in good conditions and new. I booked a sedan but got a station wagon. Still very nice car but that was not what I booked. They proposed me a higher class with a discount but was still way more expensive. I hope it will not happen again. Still I put 5 stars because of the kindness of the staff and the good conditions of cars.

Excellent service at the counter, easy to find the car and drive out of the parking.
Nice comfortable, easy to drive vehicle.
Central screen and GPS were set to German and not knowing many words in German it took some time to work out how to change to a language I can easily understand (English or French).
Something in the windscreen washer liquid was wrong. Instead of cleaning the windscreen, it left a cloudy (oily ?) film that the wipers could not clear !
I had to stop and manually clean the windscreen and wiper blades.
Fortunately I did not subsequently need to again use the windscreen washer and have reported this problem to the SIXT depot

Customer service solves all problems.
But Timor! I will never forget you! Employees like you are losing customers to the brand.

The Tesla Model Y vehicle I rented from the Sixt office was a big disappointment for me. The vehicle we received was dirty and the necessary cleaning was not done. On the other hand, we realized later that the vehicle had an air conditioner malfunction and stated that it needed service. Despite contacting customer service many times, I could not get any results. On the other hand, I sent 2 e-mails to customer service, nothing changed. For 8 days, I traveled 1600 km with a vehicle whose air conditioner did not work. Even though I had full protection for the vehicle and paid an extra fee, I could not benefit from the 24/7 support I received. I cannot attribute such mistakes to Sixt, and I believe that the necessary support should be provided to its customers in these matters.

I sent the information to the specified e-mail address and they made me happy by making the necessary compensation for the problem I had. Thank you for providing customer satisfaction expected from Sixt company. See you again in a new lease.

My rental experience with Sixt was uneventful. Counter and car were both in airport. I would definitely recommend Sixt office in the Stuttgart Airport for a rental.

International customer-service-employees can speak various Languages and are very polite. Hopefully they are paid good

Very quick processing to get the rental car. Even though the location of the cars is rather complicated, Melanie explained it perfectly and I didn't get lost for one second. The car was very modern and clean and very efficient on fuel consumption (Audi A3 Diesel). I've rented with Sixt several time and will continue to do so.

A great professional experience. Fast quick and efficient the pick up and the drop off were seamless and the electronic invoice was available before I cleared security. This is my 3rd SIXT experience each was in a different country and I have moved them to my number one choice for Rent a Car when traveling.

10/10. Ask for Hamid, he is the guy ! Went from a Audi a6 to a BMW X6, with reasonable price and low deposit! Car was perfect, really new condition and with about 400hp. Fun and stuff, bad in gas 😂. Perfect deal. Thanks Hamid, going for the M car next time.

Easy in and easy out. I was made aware the day prior that the car would only have a 20% charge and offer me to get something else. I just decided to stay with waht I originally booked

Service and car were as good as expected. But I needed to change my drop-off point halfway through the holiday. I expected this to be difficult and expensive. But it only took 5 minutes to find the contact number, be answered promptly and politically, and to make the change with a reasonable fee.
