The owner of the restaurant came from south of Italy and the food taste amazing. According to my husband, which came from the same region of Italy, the food makes him think of home.
Highly recommended for the food. Their service is also really good. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

Wonderful and surprising find - an authentic Italian diner in Dussledorf. The owners are beautiful and pleasant people and the food is some of the best Italian in have ever experience. And, he turned me on to a great wiessbeer. I'm so excited to have found some back home in the States!!

Not the pizza I ever had but definitely a good recommendation! Nice service and ambiente.

We came with family of 4 and had a very pleasant and delicious evening. Very affordable, and at same time freshly preparded dishes. Can recommend for sure (try antipasto misto and the big portion of tiramisu). Friendly service! 👍

Amazing good Italian cuisine.
The place was busy with local Italians to eat at this place, so you know it's worth visiting. Staff does not speak English (well), but with some basic German words you will get the most delicious dishes presented in front of you.
The place is not forcefully fancy or romantic, just good food and tasty wine!

Simple, good Italian food served by super friendly waiters/watresses. Italian antipasti, pastas and tiramisu the way you want them

The service was fast and very friendly. The food is delicious. We have been there twice for pick-up. The pizzas are great and so are the pastas.
We have not had the chance to dine in, but the atmosphere and decoration feels very authenthic, cozy and inviting.
It definately feels like a place locals love. And I can see why.

Cozy place with tasty, fresh and well prepared food. We had mostly pasta which was very rich, nicely cooked and in large portions. On top of that, the staff were smiling, polite and so friendly! An extra mention to the good sir who took our order, and was very patient while we were choosing wines. I will definitely eat again there when I visit Dusseldorf again.

The restaurants appearance isn't for everyone. It has that old timey feeling to it, which can be noticed by its furniture and the smell of the place. I, for one, felt a certain nostalgia inside due to its Mom and Pops vibe. The staff were many if not all of Italian descent, with a firm grasp of the English, Italian and German language, so getting what you want is a breeze. The dishes that we've ordered were delicious and very cheap for the quality presented. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Great tagliatelle salmon and tiramisu 10/10

Looks can be deceptive.... From the outside it looks less than welcoming, from the inside it won't win any design awards. But the food, Oh mio Dio. Better than many meals I've had in Italy, this is definitely on the list whenever I visit Dusseldorf. I'm here for a week, so may be back

Great experience for a cook- selected dinner: we were just asked what we did not like, and then the owner took it from there... Awesome selection, great authentic Italian cooking, will definitely be back soon!!!

In Trattoria Luisa you can find traditional italian food prepared and served by a lovely family. Must try: the spaggeti prepared inside the parmezan cheese roll. Bravo!!!!

Excellent food, wine and atmosphere, especially with the new interior decoration. Owners are no nonsense and great people. This restaurant has never disappointed me.
