Wellnesshotel Kessler-Meyer

My wife and I had a great LOL that after a 55 kilometer bike ride we got to walk uphill to our hotel. Once we arrived at the Kessler Meyer we were so happy we did! We were greeted by a smiling staff that escorted us to our room and described in detail all of the amazing amenities that the hotel offered. The views were unbelievable from our balcony and the hotel complimentary welcome drink was like drinking excellence in a glass. The breakfast was spectacular and best of all staff started bringing out baskets of fresh Brochen that filled the breakfast area with that fresh baked bread aroma. Coffee was brilliant and served in a 0.5 L carafe. Upon leaving, the staff gave us an exit goodie bag with waters apples and a fresh baked treat. We left feeling like we were treated like royalty. Best part: you can have the same experience. Just call ahead for a reservation and go! You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic weekend for our 23rd wedding anniversary ! Hotel located on the hill with a magnificent view over the Moselle and the beautiful castle 🏰 of Cochem. Everybody was extremely welcoming. The room was comfortable and so quiet. The Spa, garden and peace room were so relaxing. The evening dinner included in our Well&wine special weekend was excellent. We enjoyed magnificent evenings on the terrace and in the modern bar with live piano on Saturday evening. I forgot to mention that the continental breakfast was simply gorgeous with plenty of choices. We enjoyed very much the wine tasting tour conducted by the owner in the vineyards nearby. The hotel even provides with a backpack and a metal gourd you can fill in with cold water in the spa area😌. Everything was organised to perfection to make the guess feel comfortable. Definitely a must if you plan a trip to thé Moselle.

This hotel is magnificent!! The staff are super helpful and always happy looking. They always have time to answer all your questions and help you in any way. The hotel itself is super clean and the rooms are fantastic. We would have loved to take the bed home lol. The swimming pool and whirl pool are great and so relaxing after a hot day. The Spa is fantastic!!! I had a pedicure done and the pedicurist Karen was wonderful and so knowledgeable!!! I had the happiest feet for days :) . Last but not least, the food is some of the best myself and husband have ever eaten!!! The breakfast buffet has everything you could want. The supper time 3-course meals are superb!!! They are as much a joy to look at (for the presentation) as they are to eat!!! Needless to say, we would have no problem staying here again and certainly will the next time we are in Cochem Germany.

I made a group booking of 29 people with the hotel and they really looked after us. I would say that it is not cheap but it is worth it. We enjoyed four nights and on two of those we had an excellent dinner in the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. We found that the walk into town was a bit of a trek although it helped work up an appetite. The views and location generally are fantastic. English is very well spoken in the hotel even though the website is in German only.

Very professional and helpful service. During a recent cycle tour we visited several hotels and Wellnesshotel Kessler-Meyer was by-far the best organised and efficient. Able to still give a excellent service under the new restrictions. Meal time options are organised through a web app which still allowed a good menu selection without the need to fill in manual forms or wait in a queue to be served. Food was of the highest quality, the room was very comfortable with a small bottle of wine and some mineral water as a gift in the room.

Lovely, family run hotel with enough parking spaces. Warm welcome, excellent and friendly staff. Great breakfast. We also dined there one day (out of a 4 night stay) and it was a very pleasing experience. The food was very good with wines to match. Our room was spacious and confortable with a lovely little balcony, offering a great view of the Reichsburg and the river Mosel at Cochem.
I would recommend it and return there any time :)

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms, be sure to ask for one with a view of the castle and the river. Good wellness area with pool, rest area and sauna. The location is quiet but not directly in town. Due to the small size of the town this is not really a problem.

We are a groups of 10 ladies and have just had our annual walking weekend.
The Moselromantik was the perfect spot. Wonderful food, breakfast and dinner with very patient staff (difficult to serve 10 gaggeling women)
Lovely terrace area to sit out and look at the stars.
And the wellness 5* After doing a 20km walk the sauna and hammam with quiet room were just what the dr. ordered. Those of us that had treatments came away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated:))

Das Hotel war schwer zu finden, da es noch weitere Hotels da gibt die was mit Romantik heißen.

Zimmer war sehr schön, Service ebenfalls gut.
Wir hatten ein warmes Willkommen mit einer Flasche Wein im Zimmer.
Die Angestellten waren alle sehr freundlich, nett und offen.

Ich habe mich viel zu arm gefühlt in diesem Ort, alles war sehr luxuriös.

Sind nur begeistert! Von edlem und hervorragendem Essen, über sehr freundliche und stets bemühte Angestellte hinzu extrem sauberen Räumlichkeiten. Man merkt die Hotelbesitzer haben eine immense Liebe zum Detail und wollen mit ganzem Herzen einen Aufenthalt für die Gäste, dem es an Komfort und Wohlgefühl nicht fehlt.

Wir waren ein Wochenende in diesem schönen Hotel. Wenn ich Punkte vergeben müsste, würde ich die höchste Anzahl wählen.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer bemüht. Einfach professionell!
Ich weiß, wie schwer es ist solche tolle Menschen beim Personal zu haben.
Das Essen war hervorragend und die Räumlichkeiten top.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel liegt am Rand von Cochem und bietet in einigen Zimmern einen Ausblick auf den Verlauf der Mosel und/oder die Reichsburg.
Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft sehr herzlich empfangen und hatten den Eindruck, dass jeder Mitarbeiter des Hotels jederzeit ein Lächeln parat hatte. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden nach dem Einchecken zu unserem Zimmer begleitet.
Der Raum war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es standen Taschen mit einem Bademantel, Schlappen und Handtüchern für den Aufenthalt im hauseigenen Spa bereit. Die Größe des Bademantels wurde bereits vorab abgefragt, um sicherzustellen, dass er perfekt passt.
Zusätzlich wurden wir mit zwei handgemachten Pralinen, einer Flasche Wasser und Wein aus eigener Herstellung verwöhnt.
Das gebuchte Arrangement beinhaltete Halbpension. Das Abendessen bestand aus einem Mehrgangmenü, bei dem man die Hauptspeise frei wählen konnte. Das Essen war insgesamt sehr lecker.
Auch der Aufenthalt an der Bar hat Spaß gemacht.
Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Cocktails waren einfach köstlich.
Alles in allem werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Wir waren 4 Nächte mit Hund im Doppelzimmer Auslese mit Südbalkon und waren total traurig das die Tage so schnell vorüber gegangen sind. Erstmal waren alle super Hundefreundlich und das Zimmer picobello sauber. Das essen im Rahmen der Halbpension war wirklich ein Traum, auch das Frühstücksbuffet hat wirklich keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Ganz großes Lob auch an den Service, wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit super umsorgt gefühlt. Das Team ist noch relativ jung, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Auch großes Lob an die Rezeption und die Reinigungskräfte, auch die waren super freundlich und haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen.
Wir kommen definitiv dieses Jahr wieder.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen! Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende im Hotel und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Hier wird einem jeder Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen, das Personal ist überaus aufmerksam und freundlich. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und verfügte über eine hochwertige Ausstattung. Die gesamte Inneneinrichtung des Haupthauses ist absolut stimmig und vermittelt eine gemütliche, dabei aber auch moderne Atmosphäre. Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch zusätzliche Aufmerksamkeiten des Hotels an jeder Ecke. Selten so erlebt, wir kommen wieder! Wer das Rundum - Sorglos - Paket sucht ist hier richtig!
