Welcome Hotel Neckarsulm

The hotel is lovely and clean. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I reached out via email before making a reservation because I needed a suite with a sofa bed, and their responses were prompt and informative. Our flight arrived at 10 am, so we needed an early check-in. They arranged early check-in for us, which was very helpful. Check-in was efficient, and the suite was not only clean but also very pleasant. Traveling with two kids, it provided the perfect space for our family of four. I only wish we could have extended our stay. Onsite parking is available with a surcharge, which was a convenient feature. The breakfast options were great, offering a wide selection. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and recommend this place for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. There were no issues with noise; we didn't hear any train disruptions.

We got to this hotel by chance. We needed to make stop during a long journey Holland-Munich.
We were pleasantly surprised. Very nice atmosphere, interesting and tasteful interior design. Nice spacious rooms, although the train tracks are just a stone-throw away, the room was very quiet. Very comfortable beds. Very kind and friendly personnel.
We had dinner at their restaurant “Alte Post’ and had an excellent dinner for a reasonable price. Vegetarian options were available and delicious. Kitchen is open until 21.30, but at 22.00 we could still order a dessert that had to be made fresh for us (apple fritters).
Overall we would warmly recommend this hotel.

Very spacious rooms and excellent customer service.

Good breakfast, nice modern clean rooms with espresso. Aircon a bit weak in the summer heat. A glitch with the online reservation platform was well managed commercially by the reception desk.

Been on a business trip, The hotel is really nice and the rooms are big enough. Staff are really helpful and smiling all the time. Foods are also great. 5 starts from me

Eines der besten Hotels die ich seit langem mal wieder in Deutschland nutzen durfte. Viele Hotels haben doch sehr eingebüßt was Komfort, Service und Ausstatung angeht.
