The staff are very helpful and friendly. If you are having trouble deciding what to buy, Mediamarkt may be the right address. The knowledge of the staff surprised me, I normally do not get the information I want in such technology markets. I received very detailed information about the products I looked at in 3 different categories. I don't know if this is a special situation for this store, but I was satisfied.

Wide array of items under one roof. Staffs are very friendly and cooperative. They also give you special discounts if requested. Overall quite nice experience. Highly recommended 👍

You get everything here at really good prices.

Haven't been quite a lot there and hence didn't try lots of different departments. However Service is really nice. They are carefully looking whether you would have a question and they're very kindly and helpful. Nice experience for my pop in there. Also they have a huge parking lot which is needed if you buy large things or you are one of kinda less-walkers. 😉 But it's not too far from main streets.

Wide range of iot things available, phones, devices, some smart things, gadgets. Spent there around two hours just for look around. So many devices and variety to chose from. The best gadged shop in Germany. Prices are very good, a lot of offers, angebote with discounted prices

I went to the shop today as they reopened after the Covid-19 lockdown. The queue was properly managed. Once inside the shop, one of the shop assistants came to my rescue and helped me buy what I was looking for. My German is not good and therefore they assisted me in English as well. Overall very impressed. We have been here before and will go in the future too. Every time the store experience is very pleasant.

All electronics item under one place with wide variety of low to high price range. One can order online on site and collect at store without wasting much time in big store. Store slightly away from nearest public transport stop.
