I can only praise this dealership. Extremely friendly staff and have been in contact with Mr.Becker about purchasing a car.

When requesting a test drive via the website he instantly called me and informed me there were some minor cosmetic damages present on the vehicle to avoid me having to drive from Düsseldorf to Wuppertal.

I nevertheless agreed to come since minor cosmetics is normal for a car with 100.000km.

After the test drive we discussed how and what and that I wish to talk about it with my partner as well. He gave me the Dekra and also the repairs that have already been done (minor scratches, stone chips etc).

We've had contact still after about the car and I've also received a written confirmation that any cosmetic damages still om the car that I've seen will be repaired without any issues.

He offered a fair price for my Skoda as well and will be contacting him to make the purchase!

For us it was a great and wonderful experience and this was made possible due to Mr. Daniel Becker who made the difference. He was polite, courteous and always happy to help. This made the difference and we could conclude our decision in the first few minutes after interacting with him. I had a flat tire on Friday and needed to leave Wuppertal already on Monday.

I have called at least 10 garages/tire shops and nobody was able to help because they didn’t had the correct size tire.

Audi Wuppertal was the only garage that had this tire and they were even able to swap the tire the same day. Extraordinary service, especially since I don’t even own a Audi but a Seat.

Their service is really extremely good. Can highly recommend them.
The price they charged for the tire and repair was very similar to the price “discount” tire shops would charge. Can not praise Audi Wuppertal enough!

I am from Sweden and got electrical problem with my car in Germany, i contacted Audi zentrum wuppertal and they took in my car direkt and solved the problem in not even one hour, the service and their kindness was exceptional, the guy who take care of instagram account is great, thats how an Audi dealer should look everywhere, proud of you !!!!!
