Located at a walking distance from the main station and the city center.

The Arcade Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff was thorough, friendly and had good information when we had any questions. The rooms were very comfortable with a lot of space. We had the best breakfast each morning. Plenty of meats, cheeses, yogurt, juice, fruit, bread, and much more! We will definitely stay again!

Very good place to stay. It's located centrally, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is just phenomenal! The breakfast options are endless, it's all super fresh, many things are homemade; there are several freshly pressed juices, tens of different jams and chocolates, different sliced meats; eggs, sausages and bacon, croissants, various nice breads and bread rolls, tens of types of muesli; in summary one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. I typically get fed up with having to eat the same stuff at hotels after two days, but could have easily survived a week there!

I adore that little hotel! I find everything nice there - it is cosy, it is comfortable, it is clean, it has a friendly and competent staff, it offers great breakfast and the location is ideal.
Honestly, I am a bit hesitant to share the review. The more people know about it, the less likely it is I find a room for myself next time when I need it ;).

My wife and I have stayed at the Arcade Hotel on three different trips. Charming hotel in the middle of Wuppertal. Convenient to the main train station and monorail. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent, generous breakfast.

Dieses Hotel ist besonders empfehlenswert für alle, die großen Wert auf ein gutes Frühstück und eine zentrale Lage legen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und bieten alles Nötige für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Frühstücksbuffet überzeugt mit einer ausgezeichneten Auswahl und Qualität. Ein weiteres Highlight ist das überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das stets bereit ist, den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Zudem ist die Nähe zu einem großen Parkhaus praktisch, auch wenn die Parkplätze etwas eng sein können. Die direkte Lage an der Schwebebahn erleichtert zudem die Erkundung der Umgebung. Ein idealer Aufenthaltsort für Stadterkunder und Geschäftsreisende.

Das Hotel liegt ideal um die Stadt zu Fuß oder mit dem ÖPNV zu erkunden. Die Schwebebahn ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich, entspricht den Standards eines guten Hotels hat aber auch einige kleine Besonderheiten, die man sonst nicht findet. Z.B. die Auswahl an Marmeladen und Schokocreme haben wir so noch nicht gesehen. Wir hatten im Vorfeld Chaos bei der Buchung gemacht, wurden aber trotzdem sehr freundlich und kulant aufgenommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Поставил высшую оценку по всём параметрам. Но… утром 01.05 пришёл в отель забрать гостью и проводить на центральный вокзал. Столкнулся на рецепшне с совершенно невменяемым типом, который пытался вымогать у меня дополнительные деньги под разными предлогами. Как можно было взять администрации на работу подобного, видимо, не очень здорового душевно человека, большая загадка.
В остальном, всё на высшем уровне!
Буду бронировать места для своих гостей и впредь только в этом отеле!
