We were there from 25/11-29/11, and we were very satisfied of the room (124), big and clean room with a very nice view. Every day they were cleaning the room and gave us new towels, shampoo,shower gel and cream. We arrived late on 25/11 ,around 00:30-01:00 midnight because our flight was late too,and the receptionist was very kind, no problem. The train station is next to the hotel, 10min to Mannheim. Everything was super 👌. Thank you very much, we will surely come back... and i hope we will got the same room. Maria.M. Greece.😊

The staff was very nice and very helpful, especially the receptionist!
The amount of food you can eat is great and the quality is also quite good.
You can easily eat more than you paid for the property.
Very good and fast wireless internet!
