Ich bewohne eine Wohnung, welche durch Schreuers Immobilien verwaltet wird. Mehr als "Miete kassieren" kann ich tatsächlich nicht feststellen. Es wird ignoriert, geleugnet, vertuscht und runtergespielt. Man sieht, dass sich überhaupt nicht um die gesamte Liegenschaft gekümmert wird. Der Hausmeister ist eine echte Katastrophe. Ich kann nur davon abraten, mit dieser Person bzw. diesem Büro irgendwelche Verträge abzuschließen!

Sehr schlechtes Verhalten gegenüber Interessenten. Es wird sich keine Mühe gemacht zu informieren. Erst nach mehrmaligen Anrufen und E-Mails bekommt man eine Rückmeldung zu seiner Anfrage. Von einem professionellen Makler erwarte ich eine offenere Informationskultur.
