Ordered a new pc for my cousin abroad, because he could not get a decent one from over there. I decided to do it at Mindfactory. Great prices and great customer service. I had to drive 2 hours from the Netherlands to Germany to pick up my PC components. It's a shame they don't ship to other countries anymore, but I don't regret the trip.
10/10 will definitely buy again.

I've been working with them for more than five years.
Always the cheapest price overall, just one tiny drawback being multiple shipping costs if you need "big things", other than that, ordered more than 20 PCs from these guys, never had an issue.

Even recently managed to order the wrong motherboard, as a company, and thus without any right of return. They gave me a free return, refunding shipping too, although they had no obligation to do so.

I will definitely continue to source most of my IT gear from them.

Also, unlike other "competitive" gear sources from five years ago, like hardwareversand.de at some point, Mindfactory is *always* in the cheapest stores, and not just for one year or two, and never out of business.

Best place ever to buy any kind of components and devices you could ever think of. I’ve been their customer since 2015 and never been let down once. Quality products, superb prices, and most of all, quick, friendly and actually helpful customer service. Please stay the same forever.

Best e-shop of its kind in Germany. Not as good as those in Romania, but pretty decent.

It could use more filters, like, for instance M-Disc in the CD/ DVD/ BD disks section. Or a filter for M-Disc support in the CD/ DVD/ BD optical drives section but, again, computer e-shops in Germany don't come close to MIndfactory, so kudos to them.

I like the prices, and I appreciate that they deliver as fast as humanly possible. They definitely do their best, and I appreciate that.

Good prices, well packed and all equipment in good working order, will order from this company again. Too bad you don't ship straight to consumers outside of Germany but luckily I found a way to make an order.

I am buying computer components since the 90's online or remote. I have been testing several online shops such as Alternate or K& M. All of them are Cheaper or have good support and good community but the difference is that Mind Factory does combine all of these. I still trust in good online shop with competency.

Since 1.5 years when we made our first order with MindFactory, their delivery time has improved. It took them less than a week to build a customized PC to our liking and to deliver it to Berlin. Afterwards we ordered monitors: the order was sent on Monday evening; on Wednesday morning we have them delivered to our office!
Please be aware that they may send small details separately from the big ones - it may result in extra charges (but in our case the extra delivery was on house).

Mindfactory is my favorite retailer in Germany, i have been purchasing everything from it for more then 2 years and i am very satisfied.

Service is top notch. Bought a 5700xt a couple of months back and recently started constantly blackscreening in games. Sent it in for rma and got a new one in a matter of days.

Since years I got a few number of original stores (also big ones), but after some investigation it turned out that compared to my other stores, Mindfactory can offer the same variety of goods as well as the same delivery speed and quality. But the interesting part is that Mindfactory is much more inexpensive compared to the others. My last order was 1000-something Euro, but other shops would like to have 10%-15% more for the same hardware. Awesome!

I have ordered computer parts from Mindfactory to assemble a PC myself. Have to admit the service was very good. Shipment, communication (I had to use RMA for some parts) - all was perfect. Very good job!

I bought wrong parts at first but the support suggested me what to exchange and everything works fine, I'm totally happy with the communication with mindfactory. Shipping was pretty fast aswell.
