Fitness First Kassel

They had the best spin class I have ever attended. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The class choices are varied also. This is a great place to work out.
I was surprised to see that they have 2 Woodway treadmills. Amazing! You can also purchase a nice variety of sport drinks as well as coffee.

Currently going to school in Kassel and this is the best gym I’ve experienced so far during my time living here. Staff is always very nice and polite and they can also speak English very well. I did an hour training course with a staff member and he helped with some difficulties I’d been having. Overall a very very good gym.

The facilities at Fitness First are top-notch. The gym is clean, well-organized, and equipped with a wide range of modern exercise machines. On top of that, they prioritize maintaining a high standard of hygiene and comfort.

I've had an excellent experience at Fitness First Kassel. The gym is impeccably clean, and the classes are fantastic. What sets it apart is the instructors' dedication; they took the time to guide me through exercises properly, especially since I was new. The sauna with essential oils is a great perk, and the central location near Murhardstraße/Universität station makes it convenient. Highly recommend!

I exercised here for three days while visiting my relatives in Kassel. The staff at the gym speak English very well and they are super friendly. I was signed in quickly and they showed me around.

The gym has everything you need, it's quite spacious with modern equipment and good layout over two levels. Large windows allow for a lot of natural light.

The changing room and showers are very clean, everything is functioning, all good.

I will definitely be back next time on my visit to Kassel.

Wonderful gym.
As a traveler, this is one of the best gyms I've ever attended.
The ground floor is dedicated to cardio, while the top floor has machines and weights. The machines are clean, distanced enough, plentiful, and new. There's also an area dedicated to weights, which is very big and comprises dumbbells and barbells with racks adaptable to squat and deadlifts.
In addition, there's also a room with a brand new Smith machine, which is very useful if you – like me – don't do well with free barbell squats.
The trainers (shout-out to Mo and Simon) are available to help you at any given time. I want to thank Mo for correcting me when performing an exercise: his tips were polite and super helpful to me. The personnel is very knowledgeable and makes it a pleasure to attend the gym.

Great experience with this fitness first, it has plenty of space, newly renovated and fully equipped. Friendly staffs , specially Mo, super nice and helpful.

Beautiful, modern and clean gym located in Kassel. Easy to get to and plenty of street parking. Right upstairs from a supermarket so easy to do shopping or grab a meal straight after!

I trained with fitness first for the last 8 months,

Cleanness: Super clean and always ventilated, the changing rooms are extremely hygienic.

Machines: It has various types of machines and the machines are extremely clean, has a fleet of cardio machines where you can always find a free treadmill or cross, has a stretching room which is my favorite. Plus a sauna and relax room.

Staff: the staff are incredibly nice, polite and always smiling specially Ahmed who is always active and gives a great vibe to the gym plus he gives the nicest tips on the workouts and diet a big thank you to him.

In general, i am super satisfied with Gym. Worth every penny.

Very welcoming and comfy place, f.i. trainers are superhelpful. Plus, there are plenty of international people, so it js realy good for networking if you don't speak German.
