As an Australian Canyon bike owner travelling in Europe recently, I was keen to make a diversion in my travel plans to visit the Canyon Centre in Koblenz. I wasn’t to be disappointed. A fantastic display of all bike models with the opportunity to test ride if you wish. The accessories/clothing store is also well stocked. Well done Canyon on creating a fantastic customer experience in Koblenz.

Visited Canyon in Koblenz, super nice people, showed us all the new models, answered all our tech questions, and we could even test the new models there. Very recommended if you are on for a new eMTB or MTB.

I ordered my bike online. It said delivery should arrive around 4-6 weeks. But it came after only 6 days. Very fast. The bike came in in a very good condition. The packaging is perfect. It gives you an unboxing experience like never before. The bike is 80% built. I just needed to install the front wheel and the handel bar and also set everything according to my preference. The bike is superb. I have been biking a lot since then.

6/5 A cyclist's heaven. This is how I had to arrange a visit here on vacation! The wife got a suitable bicycle tested. In the afternoon, there were a lot of people testing bikes. I recommend a visit on site.

I have been so happy and impressed with Canyon on every step of the process.
The bike arrived so much quicker than initially predicted. It came in a well packed and secure box with clear and simple assembly instructions. I think the torque wrench is a wonderful inclusion.
The bike is so well engineered and constructed, great attention to minor details.
The performance and ride is fantastic!

I wanted to buy a Canyon bike but I wanted to try it out first, so I went all the way from Berlin to Koblenz for that. No regrets!
All staff were very friendly. At first a consultant walked me through showroom and explained the differences between the models I wanted to try to give me a better understanding.
And then he measured my size and I have tried 2 different models. I asked lots of questions and the consultant answered them all patiently and friendly way.
I am definitely getting my Canyon when it is in stock.

Have to say Canyon has really made an effort to improve their service over the last 3 years of being their customer, and it shows. Their bikes keep getting better and better, the specs can't be beat, and their website and shopping experience is really neat.

Kudos for sending the bike before it was scheduled to — what a nice surprise that was!

If you're a DIY person by nature, Canyon should be your choice.

The canyon website is so good. Its convenient and suggested the correct bike size for you. Fast delivery - ordered on Nov 16, the bikes arrived on Nov 18. After sales service is good too.

One of the bikes we ordered has a missing plastic clip-in and seat torque wrench, reached out to the chat support and they were able to provide the missing parts for free! Happy customer and will recommend to a friend. 😉

Given some of the poor reviews here I feel it's necessary to redress the balance a little. I suspect many of them were during Covid when delivery times were troublesome. I ordered my bike on the Monday, and with a stated delivery time of between 3 and 10 days, received it on day 2. Beautifully packaged, the application walked me through the assembly (which may or may not be for the beginner) and I was up and riding in no time. Well done Canyon, and thank you!

By canyon I bought an awesome gravel bike and so far it's the best bike I ever rode! Pretty fast delivery, I placed order on Sunday, got bike Saturday. Definitely can recommend it for your next bike.

Couple things I wanted to suggest to improve:
1. Please provide more technical information about bike, it took me a while to find pdf with internal construction of my fork and I still have questions about frame interfaces.
2. I found several details in a box with the bike(second attached picture). No idea what this for. Some instruction/picture/clue would help.

It was always a dream to own a canyon bike and when I did order mine finally the experience was absolutely amazing. The biggest fear for buying a product especially a bike is the size. But I have to say there was nothing to fear as the size suggester was perfect. The bike came in a couple of days and was well packed and was super easy to assemble. The box was a bit broken and dirty but the items inside was still okay. Overall when I started riding the bike I immediately felt the difference and it was absolutely amazing. I suggest to get a bike fit done to have the best usage of the bike. Thank you Canyon.

That is not my first not so cheap bike (>2000$) but it is my first best impression ever.
I had GIANT, Kellys, Cannondale, excellent bikes,

But Canyon impressed from the first second. Excellent box, logically packed, with keys, parts, manual.
It is comparable to unboxing apple devices.

Bike itself is assembled really well.
bike parts are Ultegra level
Light weight carbon frame (by the way I think it is a bit heavier then promised 7kg, I think it is around 9kg )

bike is in ideal condition, I put it in the middle of my room and still waiting for the moment to go outside.

the next bike will be definetely canyon xtc.

Disadvantages:
- I was waiting fu$&%ing 2 months. During this time I was thinking to cancel order and to by Orbea in offline shop.
but Im more then satisfied with it.

Very nice products. It's a small thing but I don't know how many of your customers that pick up their new bike from your factory ? so the hidden (add-on) price for a cardboard box to deliver my bike in, is in my eyes inappropriate. Since you clearly can't get it delivered without the box.
Other wise my bike is great. I'm very satisfied.

There's one opportunity for improvement - shipment cost of spare parts (such as Hanger). I have Spectral bike for 4 years and already thinking about my next Canyon bike.

The bicycle measure/fit, test and purchase experience was unlike anything we ever experienced. It included fit, test rides, personal advice of the sales people, and no time constraints. My wife ended up mail ordering the bike and the process was well guided. Everyone we asked was very friendly and competent. We were super satisfied.

I ordered Neuron 7 on Friday, should have been available in 3 weeks, paid on Monday and the bike arrived in 3 days. Awesome! Great service, packaging, bike... everything :)

Fast efficient service for new bike purchase + safe and speedy delivery. Great bike range to suit many budgets - all with great spec and equipment fits. Easy to use online ordering process well assisted by on-the-phone customer services.

I have bought four bicycles from Canyon over the past 12 - 18 months. Three of them arrived with no issues (except for their service provider who botched up the assembly of my road bike by not following Canyon's assembly instructions - I have since elected to assemble the others myself followed immediately by an inspection from a qualified mechanic). The fourth bicycle has an issue for which I made a warranty claim (leaking brake caliper before I even got to ride the bike) and am still waiting for feedback from Canyon in this regard.

Overall, excellent service from ordering to deliveery.
