Unser Flug wurde von Düsseldorf nach Köln verlegt und einen tag später. leider wurde uns nur mitgeteilt das der flug einen tag später geht aber nicht das er aus Köln startet. Dadurch hatten wir zwei urlaubstage verloren. Das Reisebüro stellt sich quer die verlorene Zeit zu erstatten.
Wir haben nur die 20€ nach Köln zurück bekommen und und anschließend wurden wir rausgeschmissen und es wurde auch mit einem Anwalt gedroht.
