I've been here a couple of times before, so I chose to go here again to celebrate my birthday with my family and friends.

So positive is that it is still the best place in this area (between Dusseldorf and the Netherlands) for napolitan pizza. Unfortunately nothing even comes a close second.

That opinion has not changed.
The special chef bruschetta was delicious made of delicious ingredients.
The pizza dough was great and nothing can beat that wood fired stone oven.

Unfortunately, while today's waiting stuff was nice and friendly. The layout of the place during today's busy lunch made it harder than usual to grab the staff attention. Not as big deal, but wish it was a bit better.

As for the pizza, I feel that the pizza had a tinsy winsy too much tomato sauce. I know that napolitan pizza normally has that nice raw tomato flavour but this was a bit too much.
It is not to say I didn't enjoy it, because I ate it all and that which my kids couldn't.

I would still go again, and I still think it is good value for money considering how filling it is and good quality.

Such a lovely place, all the pizzas we tried were delicious, especially loved the hellboy and margherita bufalina. The atmosphere is just perfect! I will definitely visit again

This is the best pizza I ever ate in Germany.
It’s truly a Neapolitan pizza style. I can tell, I am Italian and my mum is from “Napoli”.
The dough is awesome, with that unmistakable flavor of smoke an carbon thanks to the wood-fired oven. Tomato is super, as well as all the ingredients that are coming from Italy and are all of a great quality.
You can make a test. Get the olive oil, (don’t forget to pour it on the pizza first!) and taste a little bit of oil in the plate with a piece of crust. It’s a super tasty and high quality oil.
The service is “easy”. If you need attention to feed your ego, look elsewhere. We like it as it is. Friendly and informal.

Formally called 485°, this is still our favourite pizza place in Düsseldorf. They prepare the dough 72 hours in advance and cook the pizzas in a proper pizza oven.

They have lots of creative pizza options, including vegan creations. The only thing I would be aware of is not all the pizzas have tomato sauce, which may be a surprise to some, so be sure to read the menu carefully.

Really good experience! Pizza (Napolitan style) was so good tasting and the ingredients looks super fresh. The waiter was incredibly kind and nice with us. The location is also comfortable and suitable for families, friends or couples. The prices were a bit high, although not so much compared to normal Düsseldorf prices.

This is one of my favourites! Although I was never really a big pizza person, nineOfive changed that for me. Their pizza dough is so delicious, I always eat every bit, even the crust. Each of their pizzas is unique and has something special to offer. Their olive tapenade is the best I've had at a restaurant and their "Gepickeltes Gemüse" is amazing. If they sold it in jars, I would absolutely buy it! The staff are always very welcoming, kind and all smiles. Highly recommend!

Service OK. Pizza most of the time amazing. Sometimes the edges and pizza base (underneath) get a too dark/ burned.

Update 09/2023 - „new“ Water
Still water doesn’t come in original bottles anymore but seems like tap water. Only that you pay 6.90€, which is insanely high.

Please NineOFive get back, in other places still water is for free or at least you get the original Aqua Panna bottle. Way too expensive!

True, in the past you were selling VIVA CON AGUA (0.33L), which at least supports water-related projects and contains minerals. While the new filter system is just „empty“ water and only possible to buy in 1L bottles.

Excellent Italian pizza and home made pasta. Too bad they where out of lasagne but still everything is really tasty!

Great pizza with high-quality ingredients in a bistro-style setting with good wine and beer. Thanks to the authentic preparation, I know how pizza should be. Probably won’t order pizza anywhere else. My pizza was called hellboy. I also enjoyed the service. The waitress spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful. Definitely coming back.

Best authentic Italian pizza in Düsseldorf. Mr Burns and Gentleman's Cut are 2 great pizzas!

Best pizza we ate in a long time, not any pizzeria in Netherland can offer something similar. Finally nice size pizza, not following the trend of small pizzas where I can usually eat 2 (as a female). :) we will come to dusseldorf just for your pizza anytime from Netherland. Thank you!

Best neapolitan pizza in Düsseldorf. Excellent selection of wine. Not your average wine list. Needs to be carefully reviewed. A great combination making this place the best pizza place in town in my humble opinion.

This is the best Neapolitan pizza I've ever eaten outside of Italy. Suggested for those who like the Neapolitan receipt.
