We love our stay here over the weekend, lovely place and excellent food. Staff was kind, friendly and very helpful! We will come back for sure!

Restaurant and spa treatments were excellent. The room overseeing the forest was incredible. A great stop during our honeymoon!

These days it is beautifully restored and upgraded, comfortable and very well equipped hotel. Originally built in the 19th century as the exceptionally well planed, beautifully designed, and technologically advanced (at the time) spa hotel. It’s very refreshing to see that the commitment to quality, established originally, continues. The personnel of the hotel is also competent and attentive. The range of treatments varied and effective and everything is spotlessly clean. The surroundings too are very attractive, views of mountains beautiful and stimulating relaxation and peace. I thoroughly enjoyed staying in the hotel for five days.

Don’t except a high end place and you will be satisfied.

Nice historical hotel with a sepa area.
It is conveniently located above Karlovy Vary center but with its own tram it's easy to access

I like the hilltop location of the imposing chateau-like hotel. In the morning I yearned to descended the elegant staircase with its magnificant view over the valley. The crystal chandelier in the lobby is breathtaking.

It was an excellent experience. I have been here twice and It was amazing service was 10/10, but food was decent. The rooms were spacious and there was a great view. I would 100% recommend this to you.

Our stay was splendid. We’ve fallen in love with the city, the people and the hotel. The hotel is up high away from the centre so the views you get are spectacular.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Especially the lovely lady we met on the first trip to the pool.

You have options of getting down to the centre but the best way and probably most enjoyable is the cable car. The centre of the town is beautiful during the day. However, be prepared for the evening as the first night took my breath away. It’s a continuous cycle as you at forever discovering new views.
The stay was rather short but I’ve been promised that we’ll be back again and this time for longer.

The clerks at the reception were very friendly. The waitresses were a bit busy and sometimes a bit unfriendly. The breakfast was great. Diner was a good but not too fancy.

Mejestic. This hotel offer a beaytiful view of the surrounding area,rich of green and peace.
5 minutes out of the hotel you can find a pretty city rich of life in both day and night with bar,restourant and tipical house, probably one day I will come back to experience another peacefullness vacation.

Stayed here for a business trip and everything was great, but mostly I wanted to leave 5 stars for the helpfulness of the staff - I left behind a small bag upon checking out - within a week they had the bag posted to my home address. I really appreciated this attention to customer service, thank you guys!

This place is definitely 'imperial'. Especially since it lies on the top of a small mountain in the middle of Karlovy Vary. As you enter the town from the back way, it's grandeur takes your breath away. Also, Cafe Vienna (in the hotel) is a really nice place to have a tea in the afternoon.

We loved it!. Very comfortable and clean everywhere. The sauna and pool are very nice. I will definitely come back again.

A superb hotel worth just visiting (don't need to have a room) go and enjoy one of their crepes ice-cream or just a coffee. Nice atmosphere, no doubt this hotel inspired the one for the Grand hotel budapest movie

Comfortable and luxurious hotel, I would like to stay at least 2weeks from work. All I need is inside hotel, I do not need to go anywhere else. Hotel staffs are so friendly. ;)
