Vřídelní kolonáda

Karlovy Vary is a super peaceful little hilly town with beautiful landscape. Super amazing place..so many hot springs..do not forget to take a vessel with u to drink that natural mineral water.. it's tingy but good for health. Beautiful cafes along the river Tepla serving great food.

Have been several times now and always enjoy it.

Get amongst it, buy your little water sipper and then have some fun tasting all the different springs.

There are 15 in total, all with varying flavours and temperatures.

Find a good parking spot close enough to walk, toilets will all cost you 10kc.

Lots of Russians here and plenty of rich people as well.

Good place to start your day. Drink hot Spring water and nice sitting arrangement inside the building.

To most people it is an unique experience to visit the town and taste different types of spring water. These spring waters can be helpful to your health and will show effect after drinking continuously for 4 to 6 weeks. The place attracts many rich people all over the world each year from spring to autumn. It has many top class 5 star hotels. The most famous hotel is the Grand Hotel Pupp. It has been appeared in one of the James Bond movie.

Very beautiful small town which famous for its drinkable hot spring. The tasty was, ohhh, strange, you gonna should try it.
Walking in the rain was so romantic. The only bad thing is we chose a hotel without parking place and swimming pool. The public spa closed at 2 pm for kids, we have to cancel the plan for swimming.

Pretty spa town ,lots to do in 2/3 days. Best was going up the funicular and up the tower for extraordinary views of karlovy vary town and countryside . The tower guard locked us in without ensuring we were out. Luckily a loc couple with us was of great help. A kind of racism felt.

Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad) is a spa town in the west Bohemia region of the Czech Republic. Its numerous thermal springs have made it a popular resort since the 19th century. The riverside spa district is home to several colonnades with columned walkways. The modern Hot Spring Colonnade houses the Pramen Vřídlo geyser, which spouts up to 12 meters high.

The colonnade itself was closed for some reason. Overall nice place to walk through and try water from different springs, some are really with hot water.

We came here following the instructions on Google at 18:20 - and it's already closed here. So this place is not open to 19:00 :(

Worth visiting while in Karlovy vary

It was very amusing, except for the hot springs, there were other activities in the main building, suitable for kids, that made the visit more entertaining.

Under repair, but legendary. Once the repair will be done, I am sure it will be the milestone of Karlsbad again.

Impressive what nature can do and humans too.

Great tour of the underground hotsprings. I highly recommend it.

Always clean and open to the public. Contains the 1st water source and a stream from the ground that sometimes reaches pretty cool heights.
