Minaret is actually a visual termination of vista created for the palace.
The interesting part is the water body between the palace and the minaret. There is a boat service that takes you to the minaret through another stream of the water body. That journey is interesting and fun.

Minaret in Lednice - an interesting Moorish style and at the same time
The oldest romantic building in the Lednice-Valtice area, from the years 1797 - 1802, is located near the castle in Lednice. It is the largest building of its kind in non-Islamic countries. The height is over 60 meters, from the top you can see the distant surroundings. On the 1st floor is restored lounges.
The building lies at an altitude of 175 m above sea level, is visible from a wide area, a beautiful view is a view through the park from Lednice Castle. Minaret has three observation decks and 302 steps lead to the highest. You can walk to the lookout tower after a 1.5 km journey through the castle park along the plain or you can take a boat ride along the castle Dyje from the pier at the castle.

Beautiful view, which is totally worth the walk from the castle. Only con is the number of flies at the very top but I'm giving it 5 stars anyway.

It's a nice and not that long walk from the château.

302 steps, up to 62meters and you'll get beautiful view across whole park and castle in the distance. Must seen if you're in the park. Be sure to check the opening hours, tickets could be purchased right there. Have cash with you. In summer months there is as well small buffet with light meals, drinks and other refreshments.
As well toilets (paid).

Amazing... but i was very tired to go up... now i am sorry to didn't go up there :/

302 steps later, we arrive at a height of 60 meters, where we can observe the area of ​​more than 150 hectares and the castle standing in the middle. The ticket prices were not expensive compared to the view and it worth every moment.

This is probably my favorite place to visit in the park. Upon climbing the tower, you can see the whole park. It has a direct view across the lakes at the Lednice castle itself. The best way to get there is probably taking the boat from Janův Hrad. It take around half an hour, but the boat trip is worth it.
