The best breakfast we had while in Olomouc! A charming two-story cafe near the city center, my six-year-old daughter and I stopped in around 9.30 on a July Friday. Here's our experience.

1) Food: They sell a variety of homemade pastries. To share, we got the savory bun made with olives and tomatoes and the sweet one. Both were tasty with perfect texture.

2) Drinks: They have a full coffee menu. My latte was strong, creamy, and delicious.

3) Service: The woman working was helpful, kind, and efficient. Not expected, but she spoke perfect English.

4) Space: There are couches, tables, high tables, etc. on the first floor and a fun nook upstairs with art and books.

First of all, the staff is super nice and helpful.
Their food is delicious, pretty unique, and most importantly fresh!
The cappuccino I had was pretty good as well, maybe a bit small tho.
Additionally, the interior is super cozy with nice little details.

A lovely, independent café with a cozy atmosphere near the old Olomouc town centre - the upper floor has the three tables that are distanced reasonably apart to allow fairly private conversations (not that I understand any Czech spoken), perfect for remote/nomad working. Wifi is fast enough for ordinary computer work even via VPN.
I had a tea, served in a teapot, and a delicious and sizable soup for lunch.

We love Cafe Jan!!! The food is always delicious and fresh. The presentation is top notch. The atmosphere is cozy and clean. It is definitely one of our favorite cafes in Czech. Make sure to try her brownies, they melt in you mouth.

Wow! The ladies were really welcoming and understood English well. The pastries were great and the coffee was delicious 🤗

My absolutely favourite café in town!!! Amazing lunch menu every week, everything locally sourced and healthy. Very friendly staff and freshly baked cakes and pastries to die for 😋 Can't recommend enough!

The best coffee shop in Olomouc. Jana (the owner) makes the most delicious food I have ever tasted. You gotta try her banana bread or the lemon cake. It will blow you away!!

Very good pasta dish made with pumpkin puree, nuts, sage and parmesan.

Absolutely delightful little café with homade baked goods and sandwiches. The staff are really lovely, friendly people and the coffee is wonderful. If you get a chance, go here!

Great place, quite close to the park, delicious coffee, and a cute place for a date. Would recommend!

Great place!

Úžasná kavárna s příjemnou atmosférou, moc milou a ochotnou obsluhou a naprosto výborným jídlem. Všechno, co jsme doposud ochutnali, bylo skvělé. Určitě doporučuji vyzkoušet domácí hummus, zapečené toasty a krémová míchaná vajíčka, lepší jsem v životě nejedla. Taky zde mají nejlepší chai latte široko daleko a sladké i slané kynuté motance, pro které se pravidelně vracím a občas se mi o nich i zdá. 🙂❤ Oceňuji i skvělý přístup k dětem, kterým zde taky moc chutná. Rádi se k vám vracíme!

Útulná kavárna, kde dostanete lahodné pokrmy z převážně z lokálních surovin - chutě jsou krásně vyvážené a často překvapí! 🏆 V kombinaci s příjemnou, usměvavou obsluhou toto místo určitě stojí za (opakovanou) návštěvu 🎉

Jo a taky mají výborné kafe z místní pražírny (100% arabica :) ), domácí "Tibi limonády" v různých příchutích (v horku úžasně osvěžující), prohřívací Chaj latté s ovesným mlékem a luxusní dezerty 👌

Nádherná kavárnička nedaleko centra Olomouce. Stala se pro mě velice příjemným útočištěm před raním chladem. Pokud vaše kroky směřují do Olomouce nasměrujte je i na výborné koláče od paní Jany 😊

Útulné prostředí malé kavárničky v centru města. Příjemné posezení na relax i práci. Hned po příchodu nás přivítal milý číšník/barista na jehož doporučení jsme si objednali espresso tonik, espresso s grepem a poke s uzeným lososem. Poke bylo naprosto geniální, do detailu vymazlené! Káva s grepem mě nijak extra neokouzlila, ale klasika espresso tonik nezklamala. Oceňuji také vodu na uvítanou.

Škoda, že zde není možnost zajít na nedělní brunch. Každopádně určitě doporučuji a těším se na další návštěvu!
