Got ripped off, terrible customer service! We booked through Ryanair, our flight was delayed by one hour and when we got there they weren’t open, there was another couple who had the same issue. We called and asked about the car we rented and the person on the phone said it wasn’t their problem that the plane was late, and also told us that we couldn’t have the car the next day as all the cars are gone. Ruined our weekend holiday. Still no resolution or refund for the car we booked!

i would recommend you to literally walk forever than renting a car from this company,
cannot be worse !
i arrived to the airport of brno 20 minutes before the time we agreed on, there was no one there, i waited there, no one came, i called the number you see in the pictures he said it's not his problem.
i didn't stop until i reached the manager of the whole company who said that they don't even have cars in brno (after i already reserved weeks before and i paid), he had to send me a car from poland, instead of taking the car at 12, they came at 8pm.
i am writing this review 3 months after my rent, where yesterday they took more money from my account, i was not informed about any problems, they clarified before that everything with the car was okay when i returned it, i contacted the manager again and he said that this money is called "administration fees" i have no idea what does it mean, then he closed the phone, i guess they blocked my number or something like that.
a lot of other things i didn't mention.
one advice: take your way walking rather than renting a car form them, completely ruined my trip.

BIG SCAM. no body was there when I arrived, they stop answering calls. It doesn't seem like we will get any sort of refund. Avoid this company and any websites promoting them!!!

We rented a car in Brno Airport. We arrived at the Panek Brno Airport office and nobody was in the office. The employers at the other car rentals companies (Hertz, Budget, Avis) told us that they never saw anybody in the office for months We called (at our expenses) the Panek office and after 25 minutes holding the line they told us that the office in Brno was closed. Never we got a such awful service. Lost of time and money. Never, never more Panek!
