McDonald's

Our order came wrong as one burger that was meant to be a chicken, ended up being beef. But the instant I brought it to the notice of the young boy )who was walking around checking on patrons to see if everything is alright), jumped into action, sprinted to the kitchen after apologizing saying he was terribly sorry (even though he wasn't the one preparing the order) and then returned with the right burger in less than 2 mins and again apologized a couple of times.

Later the store manager came and also asked if everything was alright and looking at their business, I had no doubts that it is a team like this that results in customer satisfaction of the highest order.

Apart from this the following things are good too :-

The location is really perfect for those doing a road trip.

Plenty of screens for self ordering options.

Comfy seating area with different kinds of options like sofas, high chairs, cushions etc.

Fast internet.

Very good place to rest in tripto Praga. We was here many times.

The best place on the A1 section in the Czech Republic to grab something to eat.

Great place dor family visit as all in the Zillertal Valey.

My friend had a problem with the ordering machine (we don't speak Czech, it was easier for us to order through that machine) and she had a problem with the payment, so we reported the problem and they sent us this really cool tall guy named Oliver and he solved everything. Give him a raise please. So nice, what a gentleman

Fast food on the highway D1. Spacy, clean and modern place with fast delivery. Playground in front of the building.

Super busy, but it was Saturday afternoon. Even though they were at maximum capacity, recieved our food in about 15 minutes. Not bad.

Self-service machines are great! 4 languages to choose from.

Staff tries to keep the restaurant as clean as possible. Food was great too, fresh and hot, not soggy, only the fries could have had a little bit more salt in them for my liking

Classic restaurant of McDonald's chain. Typical burgers, salads, drinks and deserts. Nothing special to comment :-D Clean toilets, parking large enough and the coffee is also not bad as this restaurant has it's own coffee corner. You will not be disappointed...

Almost always too crowded, but french fries are really good and not only for kids :)

Located on a highway, not well marked so easy to skip when you travel (especially to north). Big toilet is a plus.

I always stay here when I go south of Europe or come back home, Rohlenka a sentimental place ;-)

Typical fast food chain, it gets really bussy during peek hours.
