The worst customer service you can imagine. Came in the shop as was looking to buy gold bracelet. When I come in there was nobody in the shop. 5 minutes later lady came out from the inside and wasn’t looking happy to see a customer. I asked to show me the bracelet and few questions about it. She was very annoyed but got it for me. Then instead of answering questions she started talking that prices went up. I said that I’m aware of that but still interested. She keeps saying that it not the same as was 10 years ago when she thinks I was buying gold last time. And all she keeps saying was as “you have no money to buy gold” but just said more nicely way ignoring questions about bracelet. I feel very bad and was embarrassed. The bracelet cost only €2k which is not much for that peace of jewellery. Luckily I found similar one in another shop with excellent customer service and spent much more. Not surprised why for two weeks we stayed beside shop there was no customers every time we walked pass.
