St. Luke - Wax Museum

A wax museum set in a very beautiful old church. It's a bit dark and morbid but in a good way. I liked it and would suggest it.

We were surprised to see just how many wax figures were inside. It was very good especially when we seen our favourite band from Sweden. Great visit

If Wednesday Addams had a vacation home, this would be it! This wax museum was by far my favorite place in Karlovy Vary and still one of my most favorite places in the world. If you are like me and like all things creepy, do not hesitate to go here! The wax figures are very well done and range from the famous to the infamous. You have everything here from world leaders to torturers. But what really makes it special is the setting in a former church. You can really feel the eeriness and spookiness before even entering. If you are like me and love all things creepy and spooky, be sure to visit this place now. It's worth the trip to Karlovy Vary just to see this place, and I'm already planning a return trip just to get back here.

Dobrý bizár. Edit : fotky na požádání ráda smažu, avšak nerozumím tomu proč Vám u vstupu řekne přímo pracovník, že se může fotit a není problém

Lustig, Wachsfiguren in einer Kirche, mal was anderes

Krásná výstava voskových figurín.

Vermutlich eines der schaurigsten Wachsfigurenkabinette, die zu finden sind. Da die Folterszenen kaum zu meiden sind, würde ich das Museum mit kleinen Kindern eher nicht besuchen.

Die Figuren sind wohl schon ziemlich alt, das fand ich aber weniger schlimm. Dass das Ganze in einer alten Kirche aufgebaut ist hat uns besonders angezogen m sehr interessanter Ort dafür.

Bei den Zerr-Spiegeln ist es, wie in anderen Bewertungen schon genannt, tatsächlich leider etwas zu dunkel. Dafür kann man dort oben die Buntglasfenster wunderbar aus der Nähe betrachten!

Očekávala jsem trochu víc za cenu 150 Kč , trochu zklamání za mě .

Kostel sv. Lukáše je v soukromých rukách a prochází rekonstrukcí. Je krásný. V objektu se nachází muzeum voskových figurin. Zastavte se.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Ausstellung. Gerade zu Halloween sehr sehenswert! Die Atmosphäre der alten Kirche transportiert das schaurig morbide Szenario.

Muzeum jsme navštívili 14.7. V Letáčku se dočtete že figuríny jsou jedny z prvních voskových figurín, což odpovídá vzhledu… mně osobně to přišlo zajímavé. Pracovník též moc milý, proto nám nevadilo zaplatit větší částku za vztup.
