A Most Excellent Bike, Ski Shop and Restaurant.

I drove almost 2 1/2 hours to shop there because they carry such top quality items in every category, but the excellent level of service was “the icing on the cake”, as we say in America.

The bike & ski shop adjoins a restaurant that was surprisingly superb.

Very friendly and helpful customer service, great customer experience and a nice selection of quality brands. Although they couldn’t help me with what I was looking for, they tried the best to make it possible and were researching and thinking about alternatives. In the field of bike stores my personal favorite in and around Prague.

First bike service and maintenance (within the warranty) is free of charge! True professionals They have also a nice place outside if you just want to stop by for a coffee :)

Beautiful new location, lot of space and parking spots, food stands and restuarant right there. And thanks to the young Slovak guy who spent the time with us last weekend outside in front of the shop (at the "cheap bikes") and patiently explained the options and helped a lot! Pity I didn't ask his name... So thank you!

I've had a mechanical on my bike outing. Luckily this place was on the way. The kind staff lent me the tools I needed to fix my bike without hesitation. Looks like a cool shop, and I hope my next visit will be for a better reason.

if you are a foreigner living in Prague and you share my same passion for cycling, look no further than Kola-Radotin for your shopping and service! I got to know them already many years ago, when the shop was uphill in an hidden corner of Radotin. Always kindness, professional recommendation, top brand but also prices for every pocket. This is my only choice when I have to buy anything related to biking and skiing for me and my family.

Great service in a friendly place where you can be sure they wilĺ do their best to keep you happy regardless of whether you buy a 100k superbike there or have a simple repair done on your own stuff. Definitely recommend to anyone!
