Charleston restaurant Karlovy Vary

After eight years, we came back here and had to come back to this restaurant for our last dinner in the Czech Republic. Everything was perfect: friendly service, eight years of stable deliciousness, all the decorations were still so clean, and I enjoyed this journey to find the good old days and things that have not changed.

I really recommend this restaurant, great food and lovely atmosphere and decor.
Tasty beef carpaccio with parmesan. Furthermore we have tried soup with mushrooms and beef cheeks with smashed potato were delicious. Caesar salad was ok- standard and good.

Great atmosphere and food! Very nice staff! We came twice during our 5 days stay! Meat is delicious as well as other food! There was even life music! The price is very affordable!

Beautiful place, great service, delicious food. Especially their meat preparation is absolutely terrific (rib-eye, duck and chicken salad).

Also really enjoyed the mushroom soup and the salmon tartar for starters.

First time see octopus on dinner menu since my visit to the country. Tasted tender and good. Also ordered beef cheek and lamb all tasted well.

Stunning, you feel the charm of the place , the restaurant manager is so professional and kind , food is so delicious , music is entertaining ,ambiance is great , every karlovy vary visitor should visit this restaurant.

It was a very tasty dinner with good and friendly staff. Mushroom soup, chicken with cheese and pancakes were delicious. Beer is good as always and Becherovka was cold. Prices are a bit higher than average but the interior is really beautiful.
The only negative comment: it was no water in the toilet

Amazing! Get an appetizer, a steak, and don’t forget dessert! Best food I’ve ever had in Europe! I’m coming here every time I visit!

We love the great atmosphere and tasty food with excellent service you get at this famous restaurant in Karlovy Vary. Their prices are very reasonable for the large portions and for the quality

Excellent service and yummy food. We ordered beef carpaccio, lamb knuckle and grilled vege. Yum!

Best meal I've had in Europe during the last 18 months. Can't recommend the Charleston enough. Once you've finished drinking hot mineral water from a sipping cup. Escape all the tourist traps and head here for a good meal and beer.

It is a really good restaurant with very tasty food, There is a big choice of meals on the menu, for any preference, meat, fish dishes, etc.

The food here is excellent, reasonably priced, staff are friendly and attentive and the interior fabulous. We ate here on 2 occasions, the goose was sooooo good, the rabbit was smoked and very tasty, the pheasant and the duck were delicious. The soups were tasty and the baked camembert wrapped in bacon with (unpickled) beetroot was heavenly. The beer, of course, was fantastic too. Thank you Charleston staff

Excellent place with superb interior. They don’t include service fee by default into the receipt but ask you instead when you pay. Strongly recommend this place when you’re in Karlovy Vary

Great restaurant in New Town. The food and presentation were outstanding. You can sit inside or under a large pavilion outside. As this restaurant is in New Town where the vast majority of the locals live. You do not pay the tourist tax. It is an easy walk along the river from Old Town and well worth the journey.
