The location here could have been better. For example, it could be in the main location of the city. Especially such franchises like KFC McDonald's Burger King are mainly in the main location of the city because it is convenient for the customers. But in this city, KFC has fallen to one side which is a little annoying for the people here.

The fact that there is no public transport around this location makes it a little more annoying. Attention of the authorities is drawn to the fact that if such franchise establishment is located in the main center of the city, both the owner and the customer will benefit.

We ordered for take away and did that using the monitors that had English/ German language. In less than 10 min we had our 60 chicken wings bucket with Pommes. Never knew ketchup was to be ordered separately. We reached to our hotel and eat without it.. 🤣🤣.not fun.
Opposite KFC, you have Lidl supermarket.
