I usually do not prefer hotel restaurants, as they tend to rely on lazy hotel guests. But this is quite the opposite case. I can say, that when I will be in Karlovy Vary and will want to visit a high-end restaurant, I will go here.
The food was delicious, with both season and local environment in mind. I can especially recommend potato cream soup with girolles. So good!
Although it is more on the pricey side of things, it is definitely worth it.

Beautifully lakeside venue and very nice staff. Great for a break after hiking from Karlovy Vary.

Krásná luxusní restaurace, personál velmi ochotný a přívětivý i když jsme byli pouze turisté na procházce

Im Verhältnis zu anderen Tschechischen Restaurants teuerer aber auch exquisiter.
Geschmacklich eine wahre Wonne und die Kompositionen recht außergewöhnlich.
Ich war vorher skeptisch, wurde aber eines besseren belehrt. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen

Super Bedienung, tolles 4 Gänge Menü, sehr sehr lecker.
Schönes, gemütliches Restaurant.

Service großartig, Qualität auch großartig, Lage stilvoll und ruhig! Den Abzug von einem Stern hat sich das Restaurant mit einem sehr hohen Preis eingehandelt.

Considering the restaurant is part of a five-star luxury hotel, we were disappointed. Staff were nice and spoke many languages which was a big plus.

Food was average; the broth lacked taste and any originality (though it contained a dim-sum dumpling that was so unfitting in the soup.) Burger lacked taste but fries were delicious.

We also ordered a beef tartar which came after almost 45 minutes with burnt toast bread.

Breakfast was disastrous: Eggs benedict, which I regard as the absolute necessity and basics for a good cook were cold and flat and they spilled all over my plate before I started eating.

Egg omelette tasted like pepper: there was so much of it that it ruined the whole thing. “Three-minute-egg” was also disappointing; it lacked taste and looked far from appealing.

Waffles both with apricot and “forest fruit”-something were wobbly and covered with a hord of whipped cream of a questinable quality.

Maybe we were just unlucky to have met a new or bad cook, maybe our expectations were too high; in any case we did not leave very content. Perhaps, we’ll give it one more try sometime.

Заказали 🍺 и насладились прекрасной атмосферой.... на этом все наши хорошие впечатления закончились, когда мы получили счёт за два бокала пива - 270 крон.
После этого мы ознакомились ценами на сайте этого заведения.
Цены неоправданно завышены
