Specialty coffee experience along our educational walking tour after the coffee plantation at Cafetal Buena Vista. The coffee was accompanied by a touch of rum, similar to a Hot Toddy. Maria, photographed in the photo below, leans on her balcony. The apartment shown, her family still lives in, and continues to run the coffee shop.

I had the tastiest speciality coffee I have ever had here, absolutely delicious. Friendly place with a gorgeous view - highly recommend it. I had a Café Las Terrazas, but every coffee my fellow travellers had were reportedly gorgeous too.

Cafe de Maria is a must have on a cuba trip, very small but an institution. Legendary cafe, run by an old lady. Serves good coffees and a great view over the township.

The best coffee in Cuba, don't leave without trying the iced coffee. Excellent friendly service, just sit back and enjoy the view and while away the hours.
