This place is run by its owner (Al) and you can tell. Detail oriented, great host, great service to tourist and a very trustworthy local person from Baracoa to receive advice.

Much more than a restaurant, is a local hub for foreigners to have a Baracoa experience and knowledge.

This is the third time here for dinner, it's a rooftop restaurant with great view of the city. With the current situation of limited food options in Cuba, they are very good and creative at working with what's available. The lobster tail with the coconut sauce is highly recommend. This is my top pick for Baracoa at the moment

We are in love with the Alberto's restaurant. It has been the most delicious place to have a dinner in Baracoa and the cocktails are the best we have drunk in Cuba. Alberto is speaking English so if you are curious about Cuba maybe it would be possible to learn more about the culture and the life.

The only restaurant in Cuba we went twice! Alberto was great, they also make the best Mojito's! My German friend also liked the alcohol free Mojito a lot! ;)

Für mich das beste Restaurant in Baracoa. Das Essen ist hervorragend und der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Cocktails sind auch sehr gut.
Wir waren im Dezember dort, daher konnte wir die Aussicht von der Dachterasse Abends nicht genießen (dunkel), aber das Essen und das Ambiente waren trotzdem bestens.

Es sin dudas el mejor restaurante que tiene la ciudad. Excelente servicio, los mejores cócteles que he probado. Una comida formidable, parrillada y comida tradicional. Excelentes anfitriones que te hacen sentir en familia... para su colectivo mis felicitaciones.. nos vemos pronto... una buena opción... si llegas a Baracoa no dejes de visitar el lugar..

Magnífica atención. Desde el principio nos atendieron en inglés al vernos figura de turista, cosa que no nos ha sucedido en ningún otro sitio. Está ciudad debe trabajar duro en el servicio y en atender al cliente extranjero que no sabe nada en Español, al menos en inglés. Aquí han sido excelentes en ese sentido. El servicio es muy muy bueno y la comida espectacular. Lo recomiendo para todo el visitante.

Excellent restaurant (le meilleur essayé à Baracoa). Très professionnel, service appliqué, aimabilité. Mojito et excellente langouste au barbecue ! Le tout pour un prix très abordable.

Espectacular restaurante ...La colina.... Su comida y atención al cliente especial..Os recomiendo 100 % para pasar una noche de cena en familia como velada amorosas pero también para compartir con amigas y amigos...
