Hostal El Amanecer

El hostal, tiene todas las comodidades que se necesita para una estancia sin contratiempos. Las habitaciones muy bonitas, confortables, limpias y exclente olor. Hay dos terrazas que tienen una vista increíble a la bahía de Cienfuegos. La alimentación muy bien elaborada, variada, balanceada y abundante. En el bar preparan unos tragos exquisitos. Los anfitriones muy agradables y serviciales. La ubicación es muy céntrica por lo que pude recorrer a pie todo el centro histórico, el Parque José Martí, El Muelle Real, El Boulevard, El prado, El Malecón, Punta Gorda, La Punta, La Plaza, Los Pinitos, etc. Me organizaron 5 excursiones que me encantaron, pude conocer: Trinidad, El Nicho, Cumanayagua, Guanabo, Santi Spiritus, Ranco Luna, Pasacaballos, El Castillo de Jagua, etc.

Ubicado muy cerca del centro y del malecón, ideal para pasar unos días en Cienfuegos. Los anfitriones muy agradables nos dieron recomendaciones de qué visitar y donde comer. Buen hostal con habitaciones un poco pequeñas pero limpias y con aire acondicionado. Tiene una azotea donde se sirve el desayuno: zumo, fruta, pan, tortilla, café...

Une superbe maison à deux pas du Prado et du Malecon, avec un magnifique toit-terrasse vue mer. Les propriétaires le docteur Lazaro et sa femme Mabelys sont très accueillants, sympathiques et arrangeant. Les chambres sont très bien aménagées et très propres.

Eenvoudige maar nette kamers, goede locatie en op loopafstand van het centrum en de boulevard. Goed ontbijt bestaande uit brood omelet fruit sap en koffie/thee. De eigenaren stellen zich behulpzaam op maar geven onduidelijke informatie over taxi's en excursies. Ook vroegen ze erg hoge prijzen voor een excursie naar een waterval en zelfs voor een taxi naar het strand. Uiteindelijk hebben we het zelf georganiseerd want je kan prima een taxi op straat aanspreken en een retour rit regelen. De eigenaar praatte vooral met mijn vriend en leek mij te negeren. Een ander stel in het hotel had dezelfde ervaring. Is iets dat in Cuba vaker voorkomt maar ik vond het in dit hotel wel erg opvallend en vervelend.

The accommodation itself is the worst we had in our 16 day cuba trip. Leaking toilet and bad neighbourhood.

The host organized a trip for us to El Nicho, we ended up paying twice the amount.

Cienfuegos was in the period we have been there (end of september) very quiet with almost no bars, restaurants open.

No me ha gustado nada este hostal. Me han cobrado 25 euros por una habitación para una persona. Carísimo!
