Very clean and well kept with excellent views across . Defiantly one of the better hotels we have stayed at .
The bar is a bit pricey but in keeping with most hotels and the food is excellent !!
The hotel and facilities were brilliant, the staff were more than helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything you need, they were cleaned daily also

In all honesty the best hotel in Cienfuegos, Cuba. Customer service was awesome. You have a great open atmosphere when first walk in. You have a excellent bar with a variety of national international cocktails.
Rooms and beds clean spacious with great views of the city from the upper floors.

Waren auf Rundreise durch Kuba in Melia San Carlos,leider war für 4 Stunden Stromausfall und konnten erst Spät das Zimmer beziehen, Personal war überwiegend überfordert, hatten keine Kerzen und auch keine Taschenlampen, aber das ist für Kuba normal,liegt an der Regierung, es ist ein kommunistisches Land

Es uno de los lugares más emblemáticos de la ciudad de Cienfuegos, con un servicio de alto nivel de calidad. Con una excelente vista desde el centro histórico de Cienfuegos, donde el turismo de ciudad permite el contacto con los principales lugares de la localidad y su historia. Tiene una acogedora terraza donde se degustan los más ricos cafés. El servicio de comida es delicioso y de variedad. Es un lugar maravilloso donde puede disfrutar en solitario o en familia.

Hotel precioso en pleno centro de Cienfuegos. Muy cerca del Paseo del Prado. Habitación muy espaciosa y con climatización excepcional. Buffet de desayuno muy pobre para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Wifi desesperadamente lento.
