Hotel "Rancho Luna"

Overall it's been a fantastic stay so far. My wife and I absolutely loved it. Costed us 20 CAD to Cienfuegos. The beach feels private and reserved, instead of chaotic like the public side. The staff at the beach are phenomenal, extremely helpful and took us snorkeling and for a tour in the catamaran. The food is great in my opinion (adjust expectations) great selection of food. The hotel rooms are decent. First 10hr of wifi is free then additional 20hr is $4.15 which is very well priced. Overall our stay has been excellent. Very happy go and friendly faces here!

Staff and managment are all very helpfull and care about your stay. The salt water pool is clean and enjoyable. There is scuba and snorkeling available at the dock. Some of iur group nrought their own mask and flippers, but you can rent them. The guide took on a tour of the vaves and to the olen water cove where the water is clear and snorkeling was excellent. The food was fresh and cooked the way you like. Just tell Mario how you like your eggs cooked for breakfasr, and he will make sure they are perfect. The staff at the bar were also very accommodating.

I like Rancho Luna, the rooms need maintenance, it has no light, the corridors are dark, the food is good, the music is horrible, the events are goodthe employees are very friendly and polite I've been coming to this hotel for several years, it's not bad, but the rooms need attention, they need to repair some details

Awesome place for the price. Plenty of things to do: Snorkel, horse riding, okay entertainment, and the staff are nice if you are nice. The atmosphere is 65+. But if you go with young people you should have a good time

Staff very friendly spoke great English the Pina Colada bar was absolutely delicious and the snack bar was great serving chicken wings that was absolutely fantastic

Visito el hotel con mi familia. Siempre nos sentimos muy bien acá, con mucha hospitalidad de parte de todos los trabajadores del hotel. Se aprecia buena higiene, ambiente acogedor y placentero. Disfrutamos mucho el área de la playa, la recomiendo a todos. La animación variada para todos los gustos y edades. Sin dudas regresaremos.

Mi experiencia ha sido extraordinaria en el hotel. Buen servicio recibido, con profesionalidad. Es un magnífico lugar para vacacionar, playa excelente para disfrutar con amigos y familiares

Pase el fin de semana del 21de abril al 23 en el hotel. Una experiencia maravillosa, desde el recibimiento en la entrada, trato amable y profesional en la recepción. Comida bien elaborada y un buen servicio en el restaurante, de manera general todo bien. Felicidades para ese colectivo en especial al Maitre y su equipo de trabajo.

Visité el hotel hace poco con unas amistades y la experiencia fue muy buena, el trato de los trabajadores espectacular, la piscina relajante igual que la música, buena atención tanto en el restaurante como en los bares y todo bien limpio y organizado, espero repetir pronto.

Maravillosa instalación, gracias a todo el colectivo y en especial a su director por hacer de nuestra estancia y desarrollo del evento de gobernantas un éxito. Continúen trabajando asi.
